I opened a joint bank account with my fiancée today and we found Ahmed R. especially helpful, informative, and pleasant to work with. He set us up with the best account for us quickly and made sure that we were comfortable with using the app and new card. Overall, a great experience!

Recently switched over from PNC and I do not regret my decision. The branch manager Ray was very welcoming, professional and took the time to explain and set up my new accounts. I look forward to banking with TD. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love this bank!! They are extremely resourceful. The atmosphere is amazing. I highly recommend this bank. The staff is great: Especially Sadat and Natalia. The lines are never too long because the employees are so efficient and helpful, you’ll be in and out within minutes.The service is quick and there is no waste of time. You also get all of your questions clarified in no time.

Ray (not even his real name) the branch manager should be demoted for his incompetence in his performance and inability to provide even reasonable customer service, not to mention he is always late and can’t ever return a phone call. Avoide this branch at all times, as it will cost you your time and money in the long run.

I wish I could leave nothing. Mike and the girls so amazing always there to make there customers happy. One of the reasons I felt proud to be a TD member. If you dont see them just leave. But after today I will no longer be coming to This TD branch Ray has ruined the kind and understanding feeling I had in TD. He clearly proves that this TD in Fairfax is just like every other bank. YOUR EXPERIENCE WILL BE BAD. If you See RAY wait for some one else. Trust me the others will be more efficient and will WANT to help you.

Exceptional customer service every time. I have been with this branch for 3 years now and they do not disappoint. I have a busy schedule but TD makes my life easy. All the staff including the branch manager Ray are extremely friendly, competent and customer oriented.

I came into TD with mixed expectations. After reading the many reviews about this particular Employee RAY I still went to him about general questions of steps of opening an account. I feel like he was very fast and did not take me seriously. Kinda made me want to leave. He was rude and made me feel like I could not be able to have an account there. I feel so upset after my encounter with RAY. DO NOT COME TO THIS TD

My favorite TD team!! Caring and helpful! They remember you by name and are always eager to assist you. Congrats to the management team and an outstanding customer service! They are one of the only banks i know that open 5 mins early for when you have that morning emergency and 5 mins late when you get caught in that afternoon traffic.

It’s the first time I had felt the need to write a review for a bank. Natalia was by far the most in professional person by far. Reminder; don’t bank here... you’ll thank me later.

They helped me so well. I had huge messup with my direct deposit. The manager helped me himself. He was very patient calling several different departments to get situation resolved. Assistant managed follwed up with me a week later to make sure i was ok :) great team mr ray!
