TD Bank Metropolitan Ave, Queens

Very disappointed in this banks management. I've called made appointments only to have branch manager not show up. I've also called told that the branch manager will call me back. doesn't happen. The last branch manager and current branch manager need better organization and service skills.

Teller said I can’t withdraw without my debit card even if I had my ID then when I told her my card is in my car at home and not here in lot. Then she stated I can make a withdrawal without my debit card and use my drivers license.

This location is poorly management. Three out of four times we have came here we were sent down to another bank to get documents notarized. We even called ahead to make sure that the employee would be there to notarize our documents.

4 teller. And only two representatives to take care of the rest of the customer. Is getting worse this location is a long wait. They need more help.

"Most convenient" my behind. Went to speak to a banker regarding account & there was a long line with only 1 banker. Waited 15 minutes, he was still with the same person, we left. The bank should have... if not 3 alteast 2 bankers on hand. Not everyone can come in on weekdays & who wants to go to the bank after a long days work. Weekends best for "banking" so please resolve this issue. Thank you.

TD bank is the same as the TD american stock broker, but unfortunately i dont used stock broker.Anyway opinion they have good trading platform and easy set up.Not sure if is thru since never verify that fact.Genneraly TD bank very convenient they dominate all NYC around each corner you have that , problem they dont have good quality people to work for then .But all business have problem like that now ,half milion people pass away suddenly from Covid last 2 years then we have much less to chose to hire to work,business need laborer but laborer pass away all ages from 30 to 60 a lot of people.Then what you expect from business ? they must to hire anybody to run business or closed.Thats why we have low life service all around us

I called the bank to find out what they needed to open a business account. Giselle didn't know what was needed. When I pressed the matter she placed me on hold to find out never returned. I attempted to call was hung on, but the third time my call was picked up and a nice woman addressed my question.

The drive in window has gotten slower and slower. When you tell the teller how you want your cash back, they never give what you asked for. They give you the correct amount, but not with the bills the way you originally ask.
