It’s not bad.i left wellsfargo and joined TD and pretty happy so far. Banker was very polite and helpful. It’s cheaper and I save more money using this bank then wellsfargo

I was making a deposit and had missed a check on my records. Marisa in the drive thru was amazing. She let me know I missed a check and then went back and found the check and showed it to me so that I could record it. I would have been driving myself crazy to figure out which check I missed. Marisa gets 10 stars. If you are ever going through the drive thru, get her some black coffee with sugar! Give this woman a raise and promotion!!!

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION ‼️‼️‼️ I highly recommend not using this location for any of your needs. I stopped in yesterday to open a new account and was treated like I wasn’t even there by one of the employees. I thanked them 3 different times without getting a response back from them. The other employee I was working with didn’t know what to do when it came to opening a new account. She had to keep getting the other lady Jackie to help out with opening this account. I got nothing but attitude from this employee Jackie if I’m spelling her name right. She was very, very rude!!!! I was very uneasy 😬 when I left there. I did not feel like anything was taken care of properly. I had to call customer service later that evening to make sure everything was properly taken care of. I could keep going on about all of the issues I had yesterday, but it would be a lot more to say. Basically if you decide to go to this location, you will not get the customer service you deserve.

I can’t believe how I was treated when trying to cash a check ! I was profiled when I presented the check ! The young teller told me she had to call and verify the check! After she called the CFO of a billion dollar company I was embarrest. So I asked why did she have to call and she told me it was bank policy. I then asked for a manager since I’ve cashed larger checks then the one I was cashing and never did this happen In the past! The manager came out with a defensive posture and said the signatures don’t match. At this point I knew I was being profiled. It was confirmed when they still didn’t want to cash it . I was asked to leave after I insisted they cash my check ! I was rudely asked to leave by the manager on duty and she would call the police. I. Invited her too at that point I was furious and they continued to pick a fight! I’m hoping it wasn’t a racial situation !!! There is no other reasonable explanation ! I was treated like a piece of trash! All verifiable by the bank with the security cams! And of course the currant ratings on line !

Been banking with TD for a long time. Not all TD's are equal, but this one seems to be put together well. 7 days is convenient, but the weekend hours are confusing. If you use the same branch, banking is a lot easier. I don't understand all the 1 stars for this branch. I am a tedious customer, and they seem to be ok with me. There are other branches I think need work.

Most people work there are nice , except the tellers at drive through (rude, mean to me , they seem like racialist )

Had to make a rare Saturday deposit and thought the branch was open until 2:00pm. Got there and saw the drive-through closed, but the lobby lights were on, so I figured I'll go to the inside teller. Unfortunately, the doors were locked and the teller who came to the door said they closed at 1:00pm. When I asked the time, the teller said, 'it's almost 1:10pm'. When I said that I just wanted to make a deposit, the teller said, 'let me see what I can do' and opened the door to take my deposit. A minute or so later the teller returned with my deposit receipt. The teller didn't have to do that. The teller could have just said to come back when the bank opened on Monday, but this teller didn't do that and for that, I'm very appreciative and want to acknowledge this branch and the people that work there. Thanks!

The only reason I gave this place one star was because I can't give it 0! The worst customer service experience I have ever had! Alziera Floyd simply put "the worst teller ever" she was rude to me about cashing my check.. something about a policy to verify any check over $1000 being cashed by non account holders.. All I know is, she was rude, unprofessional and lacking any decency. She even swore at me when I called her out for being rude to me. The supervisor Anthony Fucile was no peach either but was better than her. Still, he did nothing to control his employee from behaving in a hostile, out of control manner. I was thinking of banking with TD after that experience i will never step foot inside another TD Bank as long as I have breath in my body! I will make sure to report her and her supervisor to corporate. Also I'm going to make sure I tell everyone to take their business elsewhere.

Being discriminated against so many times at that specific branch that’s why I mostly use their ATM. For instance, This customer service rep. named Jaqueline/Jackie would skip you just to ask the white person that’s waiting in line behind you—“ hello ms/mr how may I assist you today.”🤮❌👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Will not answer branch phones, had to drive to location to be told they can't replace my debit card. Only want you to call customer service 800# so they don't have to assist you
