TD Bank Old York Rd, Jenkintown

Really baffled as to WHY this particular branch has such a low rating. The teller and manager here treated me with kindness and professionalism. In fact, they treated me almost better than the great folks at my home branch in Bensalem. They were very accommodating and never made me feel rushed, but got my transactions completed fast and efficiently. Sometimes you just cannot solely depend on other people's reviews, especially if they are mainly upset about a specific issue THEY happen to be having. This problem will, more than likely, never affect you. So, check them out for yourself, and give them YOUR honest opinion. Chances are, you will (as I did) have a great experience at this branch.

Wonderful experience and attention to detail oriented customer service all around. I had a problematic issue with a difference branch concerning my account and it was rectify and resolve by Aarica with precision and professionalism. Bank is always closed. Atm is always out of service. 6 times in the past year... They always ask . Is there's anything else they can do for you.? How about opening up the inside & FIXING YOUR ATM. This is why i do most of my banking with Republic bank. Better hours , better , service, better ATM's . What ATM doesn't accept cash ? The one at this location. That's crazy!!!!

I called Britney about a problem with a check and she replied "I'm not the one who cashed your check and hung up on me!" TD Bank is known for customer services and problem solving not passing the Buck!

I didn't give it a great rating at first but this is my favorite TD Bank. Very helpful and attentive

I love this branch. No fuss, quick service. Go inside, you won't wait long.

Lobby hours by appointment only right now! Luckily, you are able to do almost anything in the drivethrough. Even with 4 drivethrough stalls I had to wait about 25 minutes on a Saturday morning around 10:00, but it was packed. Staff has always been friendly here, and willing to go above and beyond to get me what I need.

I have no idea what the 1 star ratings are about. This is my favorite branch. The one is Cheltenham is horrible, and Willow Grove branch is okay. Everyone here is friendly. I've been banking hete for 5 years and have never had a problem.

The wait here was really long.

Excellent service. We opened joint account and a deposit box. vert efficient and answered all questions quickly.
