Nice bank. I do not like the configuration of the ATM as your back is facing to the parking lot.

I’ve been banking with TD for 4+ years my experiences have always been pleasant besides when I have to bank here. I had a talk with the bank manager today because I feel like this branch is profiling me, I went through the drive thru ATM to deposit a cash transaction today a little over $9,000. I’ve done this in the past at other TD branches with no issues. Regardless of my transaction amount at this branch they always ask for my social security and ID to “file paperwork” no other branch does this to me in NJ or NY. I normally go inside to conduct my transactions however a previous incident with the curly hair heavy set lady made me very uncomfortable her personality is almost unwelcoming with a side of what scam are you trying to pull today. After reading some of the reviews I see this is business as usual for them, but I will be following up with corporate.

My husband has had two terrible encounters with Donna at this bank. The first time he was the last customer on line and she tired to sell him everything under the sun. All he wanted to do was make a deposit, not be sold a new credit card or anything else. And this is after waiting for 10 minutes in the line. But this most recent encounter pushed him over the edge. Again he waited at least 10 minutes in the line to deposit a check and requested $25 back. Donna was verbally rude and aggressive in asking for the last 4 digits of his SS #. He was making a deposit and requesting only $25 back. He said give me back the check so I can open an account at another bank and Donna would not return the check! He said fine, here's the number. After he gave her the number she said I could lose my job if I don't get the last 4 digits of your SS#. After she gave him the $25 she said in her condescending way, have a nice day. Which he replied in the same. It was then he turned around and an elderly woman nearby gave him a thumbs up. So obviously he is not the only patron being harassed by Donna. Now lets get to the serious things about banking. We deposited $1,400 in cash and this bank held $700 hostage and would not release it into our account. Cash is cash, it does not take 4 to 7 days to have cash display. I strongly suggest you do not open an account at TD Bank. If they want a professional customer service rep they should seek out Lynn. She worked there for many years and she was always professional and courteous.

Staff lacks any knowledge. Account manager wastes your time, tells you they will call you once something is ready and never call. Very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time coming to this branch. They make TD Bank look terrible.

Literally just use any other bank in the entire world. This place is the definition of the failure to adapt to a new world. In order to even step into the bank during the “pandemic”, you have to text a number, and wait in a virtual line. I am here waiting, with two other people, noone is going in, and somehow I am number 5 still after 30 minutes. Screw this place, TD Bank is absolute garbage. How can I go to Costco or IKEA with 1,000 other people but cannot step into the bank like a normal person?

Just wanted to leave a little note on how pleasant and cordial everyone was at the Paramus/Forest Ave branch of TD Bank. Ive been to several TD Bank branches in Bergen county and this was the FIRST time several employees on the branch said hello with a smile and said thank you and have a nice day when I left. Its the little things....

This is probably the most useless TD bank in New Jersey. I would stay far away, or switch banks.
