TD Bank Nesconset Hwy, Port Jefferson Station

Always the worst customer service at this place, you can literally be in here for hours. Staff will have you just stand there and they aren’t helping anyone. Always rude staff, talk with such an attitude. I really can’t stand this bank, particularly this branch. I will usually drive the extra time to Mount Sinai. They can be slow but the staff there is kind and respectful. Port jeff station has terrible staff

This location has the kindest people. I’ve been banking with them for almost 10 years and as I look through these reviews, I can’t help but lol by the impatient first-world problem complainers. You know why the wait times are sometimes long? Because they’re busy.. because people like them… 5 stars.

At 1:16 pm, January 21st 2022 at this location of TD Bank a woman with blonde hair and red jacket came into the lobby to use the ATM without a mask. On the front of the Bank says WHO EVER ENTERS INCLUDING EMPLOYEES HAVE TO WEAR MASKS! AND IS ENFORCED BY CDC AND NYS DOH! EMPLOYEES DID NOTHING OR SAY ANYTHING TO HER! 1ST off CDC and Suffolk County DOH December 13th stated that regardless of VACCINCATION STATUS, YOU ENTER A PUBLIC PLACE YOU NEED TO WEAR A MASK! 2nd virus percentage for Suffolk County is 20%. 3rd people like this are spreading the virus for walking around thinking it's OK and it's not. I'm contacting TD Bank Coroperate to file a massive report and contacting Suffolk County DOH for this VIOLATION. Enjoy your $5,000 fine and eat it.

When Discover charged my wrong bank account that I was attempting to close, resulting in 2 LARGE overdrafts, the ladies at Td Bank in Port Jefferson Station went out of there way to help me sort it all out. They not only gave me direction on what to do but they waived all the fees applied to my account saving me $85. All for a customer who was closing their account! If I wasn’t getting married and merging accounts with my husband at his bank, I would happily continue to bank here because the people are so friendly and have always been super helpful. I will continue to refer friends and family here.

I usually don’t write positive reviews but for this one, I had to. About a year ago, I had to get mortgage when I was buying a house. Transition went very well. Edward Russo is the best mortgage loan rep I have ever deal with. He is always positive on everything. He is easy to talk to and I was never afraid to ask stupid questions. When we closed the deal, I even texted him and called him with questions at 11pm or later. This is what this service is all about in this country. This is how it should be. Usually mortgage pers don’t come to closing but he showed up to support me there on the front of lawyers. Great experience. Just Great.

Just came to get a new card. Tiffany took care of me, and boy is she a sweet girl! She was also really quick, Alf recommended me a Netflix show lol. Thanks for your help and kind heart. I will watch this show.

Bank manager went way out of her way to help my wife and I even know the bank was closed. She had an awesome personality and very professional. Thank you!

Very poor customer service you don't walk away from a customer at the drive-thru window because it's exactly 5 and don't even acknowledge their presents because it's closing time. I saw the posted hours after you left the window. Branch manager too, you saw us looking in. Glad I moved my business account out of TD, guess its time for the personal accounts too. I have been a customer of TD since you were commerce bank, 2001.

Normally, service is much better. Today I needed to meet with a staff member. I called the number on their front door sign. The recording gave me the hours, call again during regular working hours*, closed at 4:30 PM, to leave my number and someone will return my call and an 888# for additional help. Unfortunately, there was no beep. Just repeated the same message over and over again. At least, the ATM was working just fine. I will try again to get an appointment. P.S. *There were 9 cars and 1 person at the drive through, 3 staff behind the counter and desks and no customers inside being helped. Oh, by the way...it was 2:44 PM

helpful but very long drive thru. I've waited there for like 30 minutes just to deposit cash. They need more workers not just one handling everything, and sometimes people from the back think its the customers fault.
