Best customer service received from here! I went in and was immediately called next to the teller and they were very polite and quick. I was there less then 5 minutes and got what I had to do done!

Horrible service. my dad wanted to open an credit card so he went up to this Guyanese girl who works at td bank he said she's short in length an light in complexion … however she told him he can't apply for an credit card because his social number they have for him on his td bank account is wrong however he went home an take his social card to her …when he took his social card back to her she said the number is they have is right that is just there computer was down. It was a Saturday at it was like 12:45 pm so she told my dad I will take all your information an when I come back to work on Sunday I will apply for the credit for you she also tell my dad not to go back that she has everything in hands .. when my dad went back a week after to find out if his credit card is in process there was a guy who help him .. when the guy check the computer he said the girl never apply for the credit for my dad .. she lie to my dad an get him waiting one week for his card to come home .. it was an Saturday an it was almost time for her to go home so she lie to my dad an get him like a fool waiting.. however I’m trying to contact td to address this issue

Not the most professional or pleasant group of people, but thier Manager, she makes up for their many short comings. Just had a teller give me a very irritated look because I was waiting to deposit money😮‍💨. But, if you care, the place looks clean 😒.

Bibi salim | needs to be fired from her position asap most nastiest experience I've ever had at a TD BANK location. For Whatever racially motivated reason “service manager” didn't want to open my account and had to give me the most invalid excuse to not do so. I waited 3 hours for this appointment and it was a complete waste of time and energy I will be filing a corporate complaint against her and will do everything in my power to make sure this issue gets rectified.

So I never write a review about anyone but I was at TD bank this morning at Rockaway boulevard queens and this guy help me his name is Juan he have a very nice personality very friendly and nice person soft spoken best person to ask for to help you with any situation at TD bank very nice of him he made my day so much I definitely give 5 star because of him thank you so much once again Juan

TD Bank is customer friendly bank - TD Bank is my first choice. But this branch is having Very very bad services - I face multiple times. They don't care customers equally. The Assistant Store Manager Bibi Salim (NMLS ID# 596646) does rough behave with clients. And the manager doesn't have his own opinion. Is there anyone to look into this matter?

Customer service give you Exceptional Service. All the tellers are polite and very helpful. Never had a bad experience. My only issue is that you can never get a parking the parking is taken by other people who is not in the bank but in near by stores.

Very nice and professional people ready to help. I am fully satisfied today for their service. I need to withdraw some money, change a bad shape 100$ given by my customer and I also needed to open a business account……

Terrible terrible been waiting for over an hour to see the notary republic since they only have one ridiculous. Wait here is always long it wasn’t even busy they just work so slow. Don’t come here unless you want to stay till closing or if you have anything else on your Agenda.

Worse bank to go to they just waste your time trying to argue with you about their mistake and want to be right if you people can’t accommodate proper customer service they should get fired and find a different job. There’re just rude and incompetent at their job

Horrible service. Lost my card and went in to get a new card Only to be told that their card machine is down. How are you a bank and your card machine is down. After I was told that, they didn’t offer any other solution, didn’t refer me to another branch, nothing. The representative just stood there and stared at me so I walked out and left.

Clean and covid safe~ This place let me sign in via a QR code outside so I don’t have to touch pens, paper, etc. Clear screens inside to reduce contact. Great service! Rominie was kind and helped me very quickly with my problem. Thanks again for making my trip to the bank painless
