TD Bank Princeton Hightstown Rd, Windsor

Amazing and professional staff: Christopher, the manager, Lisa and Carolyn, account reps. They really helped me out. TD Corporate was taking way to long to provide me with a VOD to send abroad for a university in Belgium. They got on it right away and provided me with a VOD the same day. Really like this branch. They saved me from a lot of stress and aggravation.

The bank is awful. I've always had to wait for a teller. Today was the worst. I waited on line for 25 minutes and there were 5 people behind me. There was only 1 teller and she was overwhelmed. I'm leaving TD and their terrible service. Why should be abused.? Thaay say that it's the most convenient bank. But, their service is the worst!!!

Awful customer service. One example; We have several business accounts along with our personal account. We are getting charge a monthly paper statement fee for our business accounts until we sign up for electronic statements which is fine except you can't set up electronic statements without going to the bank. I tried doing this online and over the phone. I was told I have to go the branch to set this up. Unfortunately, I don't have time to go to the bank to get this done. Not convenient at all. Will be looking to switch banks soon.

It’s always long wait if you need to see the specialist, and they are pretty slow. I can’t afford to spend 1-2 hours at bank for a small thing. I would say Most in-convenient bank branch in terms of waiting time.

Wish I could give less than one star. I came here awhile ago and one of the employees told me "I should practice budgeting more" as he was looking at my account. Very rude to say. I did not ask him to review my finances and give his opinion.I wanted an overdraft fee waived. HORRIBLE BANK. I took my money to another bank.

UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF - I went to open Checking & Savings accounts on 06/21/21. 4:00 PM. Staff was not letting people come in. There was a lady inside the door who was yelling n screaming at the guy who was talking to me at the front door. Bank hours are till 5:00 PM but I was told to come another day to open account. Don't know what was going on inside ; ) Bank Address : TD Bank - Princeton Hightstown Road, East Windsor, NJ. I hope someone is listening. Highly Unprofessional Attitude......

You can't make a deposite inside with the teller. You have to use atm or drivre thru besides atm is closed after work hours

Worst customer service. There is no email communication and their is no other way to request locker facility other than calling them on daily basis to request one. what they claim is the waiting list which is 5 yr long and they stopped accepting names. whats worst is that when i asked i would like to transfer locker they were like you have to close one first and then wait when another one is available. Doesn't even deserve a single star.

Horrible, Inside is closed, not even a pen in the lobby, 50 cars in line at the drive up, 1 person working 5 drive up lines, it's nearly 90 out - here we sit in our sweltering cars. I call the 800 TD number to report the circumstances - the wait time is in excess of 30 minutes. Way to go TD.

Lisa was organized, helpful, and very nice. Highly recommend!
