TD Bank N Main St, Forked River

Tried to open an account today. Stood in line for about 10 minutes, and was told to sit and wait for a banker. Sat for another 25 minutes or so and was ignored. Had to leave after that as I've got other things to do today. If they were busy I wouldn't be leaving this review, if they were helping other customers I wouldn't be leaving this review. Both of the bankers were just sitting at their desks. You'd think that in person customers hoping to establish new business would be a priority, but maybe not? I'm not a banker so who knows.

Awful, whenever I go there they are so slow and tell you to wait in line for 10-15 mins. I am a small business owner, I went yo deposit some money in the branch. I told her that I’ll open the safe drops but she want to open it. She opened the drops and she came back and told me that its $1500 short. I asked her that I counted the money but she was not listening to me. I told her to return my money and my bags of safe drops or I’ll check the safe drop bags she dropped in the garbage. She didn’t agreed and she said I’ll do it. She checked the bags and she found she dropped 3 drops in garbage. She found $1500 in garbage. She was mad at me even though it was her fault. They need to learn some customer service.

Drove through only. So far always goes smooth.

I've been a regular customer at this branch since before they were TD. Everyone is a pleasure to work with and also very helpful.

Always have to wait in line. Staff running around but god knows what they are doing. It's not taking care of there customers at the teller windows.

I came in to swap out $1700 worth of $20 bills for 100’s. The line was long and I was last. There’s only two tellers working and they were both working hard! Sharon helped me and was super polite and helped me with ease. She took it a step further and asked me if I ever deposited a check through the atm so I wouldn’t have to wait in line like I did. Which I never have. With no hesitation she stepped out to assist me at the atm and walked me through it step by step. She was super instructive and patient with me through the whole process. She made my banking experience super easy and honestly made my day with her positive energy. She was amazing!

So I called to see if I needed an appointment to get a new debit card, and the man on the phone said no come right in. I told him my chip on my debit card stopped working, would I be able to get another card with the same number...he said he was 95% sure I could but if not they can link all my accounts to my new card number. His name was Gabriel. Fast forward an hour or so later I go in and Justin tells me no- can’t give you the same number, and when I asked about linking my new card to current accounts he said I have to do that. I had to get up and leave because now I have to see what accounts I have linked before I can get a new card. NOT VERY CONVENIENT FOR THE MOST CONVENIENT BANK. Maybe have your employees on the same page.

Lady was rude and hung up the phone on me.

Always very helpful and pleasent to deal with.

You have a better chance of seeing Jesus Christ in the flesh then the atms working properly.
