TD Bank Farmington Ave, Berlin

The tellers here were so nice, and friendly. Wonderful sercive by them. Happy to come to this branch.

Wish i could give ZERO stars. Customer service doesn't exist. Management is snobby and obnoxious ! Tried to cash my paycheck like i have numerous times over the last several years. After standing at the tellers windows for over 5 minutes, i asked her if there is a problem. She said yes and tried to call the sloppy manager Cassy or Cassandra, after yelling her name 3 times for the entire bank to hear, the manager finally acknowledged the simple minded teller and waddled on over. I then proceeded to ask what the problem is and she replied they are following "protocol". After several more minutes of them staring blankly at the computer screen together, they inform me the signature of my boss doesn't match theirs on file....? They proceed to call my bosses cell phone that they have on file and not the actual business number? my guess is because their "protocol" has them call the cell phones 1st...!?!?!? :D Well she doesn't pick up because she didnt know the number. They then explain their is nothing they can do. My job is very close, so i go back and ask the boss is she could call them and figure it out. Mean while i have some place to be and tell my boss to text me when its all set. 20 mins goes by and she messaged me they had her on hold for over 15 mins and verified the account in 2 seconds and added the signature. PROBLEM SOLVED OR SO I THOUGHT. After my appointment i was back in plainville and went to cash the check at the TD bank there, they inform me they cashed the check in Berlin at that TD. So after about 20 mins of them playing around on the phone, im able to cash my check. they cancel it in berlin and cashed it in plainville.... or so i thought. Monday rolls around and my boss asks me where i cashed the check because it showed up only 2 withdrawals for the same check...... I GUESS THEIR "PROTOCOL" IS STILL BEING TWEEKED. NEVER GO HERE PLEASE. GO TO ANY OTHER BANK!!!!!!!

Will never enter this branch in particular again. Experienced prejudice and microaggressions each time I've ever visited. Former Td Bank employee myself and dissatisfied with the WOW service offered here. Today was the worst covert display of foolishness.

Horrible service. hold funds for no reason. Arbitrarily froze my account and cannot figure out how to fix it!!! 3 days 4 calls and a visit. still no answer. avoid tdbank at all costs!!

Fast, efficient, friendly. Long hours, good credit card promo, very convenient.

TD changed their hours for Thursday closing only, but still had the old hours posted prominently on the glass in the drive-through. A small card was on the window sill showing the new hours. What do the customers see? The big, 1 inch tall hours posted, not the small, printed card on the window sill... Also, why close early on Thursday evenings? Isn't that the busiest evening of the week for most of us and the one evening most other businesses stay open late?

The Only good thing about TD Bank is the local Bank people. I have no idea what is going to happen to consumers when these banks decide to make more money and start closing local banks. I had British Airways and EXPEDIA EXPEDIA COM hit my debit card with fraud and unauthorized purchases. This action caused my account to overdraft. Bank charges of $210.00. I had to wait a week to see if it moved from pending to a charge. The good news is it expired and no charges were accrued. Called the bank to have the $210.00 credited...guess what because they did not hit my account they informed me that it was not fraud or an unauthorized purchase. Sorry no credits, you over drafted unless you can prove fraud. If the charges did hit the account I can dispute with the credit card company then I could get the overdraft credited due to unauthorized charges. If your smart bank elsewhere....those free pens, you will pay for one way or another with this Bank's charges and poor online service.

Horrible bank with miserable branch manager. I use to love this branch but no more. The manager of the branch is anti-business and as soon as it's possible, I'll be moving all of my business over to Farmington Bank

World's worst TD Bank literally one teller, doesn't have the ability to print checks, waiting in line close to 45 minutes
