TD Bank Hancock St, Quincy

This location is America most dishonest bank. I went to this location asking about why I haven’t received my credit card which my wife and I opened three weeks ago. One of the lady checked and told me didn’t see any credit account open recently She will help me open a new account! I also give her my wife ID and the credit account info. She said I only have the checking account and no joint credit account with my wife…., okay she helped me open a new account and I could not help my wife get her charge card! I told my wife I don’t have the joint account with her and I open a new one. My wife went there after her work, and get her charge card PLUS my Charger card which is the joint account. She told(lie) my wife a whole different store. Overall, if they want you open a credit account, they will lie and hide everything!!!! Very Dishonest!!!

I like this branch, they always help me out when I have issue with my online banking and debit card. All of people there is so helpful, they treat me as friend.

Spent an hour to open an account , provided ID and address. They called to verify, missed their call and they closed the Acct sending the check at wrong address. Totally disgusting. Do you really value people’s time??

Wow I’m not surprised this location has a 2 star rating. Do I even need to explain myself now? Horrible customer service, they are of NO help. Very lazy, I spoke with a “manager” who says they don’t have a supervisor at the moment and won’t have one for the next 3 months or so. Everything she told me was made up just to push me aside. She told me there was no supervisor on Saturdays even at other locations, I asked her to call so I didn’t have to drive to another location for help, she said no need to call that there’s no supervisors “online” she can see from her computer, so I called and wow what a shock a supervisor was on at another location on a Saturday, I went to a different location and they took care of my situation. Almost closed my account with TD Bank but 1 bad Apple won’t ruin the bunch for me this time. That Hancock location needs serious HELP!!!!!

Worst bank experience ever!!!!! This story happened to me and my father a month ago and I forgot to make a review. There’s a Asian lady at the front counter was not allowing my dad to open the security box when we have both name for the box, but he does not have the account at TD bank. I have the account and it didn’t require my father to have an account at that time to open a security box together. So my father called me saying that this lady threatening him to take everything out from the box today, or open an account today. I was super shocked and let him give the phone to the manager. The most funny part is this Asian male manager who was talking bla bla bla, keep saying that the counter lady didn’t threatening my father. His attitude was super rude and one hundred percent lier. I couldn’t believe such a person can be a manager. At the end, I rejected open any account there and open an account for my father from other location. Worst worst TD bank or any bank experience!!!!! When you have such a terrible manager in the store, what kind of good team member he can train out? Yes, my father does not speak English at all! That’s the revantage they want to take

I had an urgent matter that needed to be handled for my account as I was locked out both my account and my debit card because of a fraud charge. I called them last week to remove the charge and they never did. Called twice this week to be told the manager is either busy or on lunch and not once did he call me to remedy the situation. I only go to this branch out of convenience but I’ll take my business elsewhere since the manager acts like he’s too busy to assist his customers.

My husband and I try adding me to his personal account 2 months went by we didn’t hear anything we forgot about it we went back and the gentleman Bob was super helpful he added me to the account and went smoothly thank you!!

I can't much about the drive thru but in store customer service was good and prompt. I like the safety protocols they have placed on the site now than when covid started to hit.

They had a new manager named Peter who's very cool and professional. If you have a problem, go look for him. He'll definitely solve your problem.
