    What a great Service !!!!! tellers, managers professionals. what patience it is to work in a commercial bank! where customers barely know how to fill out a bank slip especially at the drive-thru. Let's not say when you enter the bank to change checks when you do not have accounts. It is incredible what the public is. I give the bank 5 stars

    America’s most inconvenient bank not “convenient bank”. Understaffed. Long wait lines even on a Tuesday morning. It’s not even the weekend yet 6 people waiting for one employee at the help desk.

    The woman at the drive through window had more sympathy for someone blocking the lane and preparing her deposit than myself who was stuck behind the imbecile with my deposit ready. She had the nerve to call me rude. I'll definitely continue to use the other branch just a little further away where I've always recieved polite and kind service.

    I have never ever seen worse service in any other bank before. Always so long lines very little staff and there is always a line. I dont remember a time when my issue was resolved in this place.

    Went In to deposit money to TD bank and they ask me for 2 form of id. I have 1 DMV id which was valid but they needed another form of id. like B@#$H im giving you money i need your id. Worst Bank in America History. never deposit the funds. Ended up opening account with Well Fargo instead

    I am writing this review on behalf of my mother who visited the bank today. My mother has been having some issues with her online banking and after speaking to representatives on the phone they instructed her to visit the branch to help her resolve the issue. In addition to that she lost her debit card so she needed a replacement. She made an appointment to visit the bank to speak to somebody to help her and they canceled her initial appointment. When she arrived the person said that he had called her several times with my mother had never received a call. The person who attended her was so unprofessional and disrespectful. He was being very rude to my mother when she asked him for help. The individual who helped my mother did not help her with her online banking and simply told her to set it up online. My mother explained to him that she had already tried to do so and was instructed to come to the branch for further assistance. The man refused to help her and told her she needed to call the customer service line. My mother believe that there may have been a language barrier because her primary language is Spanish. She requested a Spanish speaking employee and he said he said there was no one else available and simply rushed her to leave, when she was attempting to schedule a New appointment. She left with her issues unresolved. Horrible customer service, and lack of empathy for Spanish speakers.

    Avoid these TD banks. They are super slow and take their time like sloths. 1 hour just to get a account open. Seriously I walked out cuss he said he will be right back. Took 20 mins to get a form.

    Long line to wait I came at 12pm and finished by 1.15pm just to see teller only one person for both drive thru and inside. I wish can give no star.

    hi guys , do not open TD BANK , they are worst bank i ever seen , i had TD BANK and i closed them because they took money from me and dont tell me why . also TD BANK only have in east cost ,if you go travel to west cost or move to west cost ,you will have hard time to deal with td bank . This happened to my bf too, they closed his account and dont give him the money back ..worst bank
