TD Bank State St, Newburyport

Nothing but positive experiences here. Friendly and competent staff. Got a very competitive rate on my mortgage. Great with clear explanations about different checking products. Recommended.

Don't go to this TD Bank. I tried to cash in a check that specifically said TD Banks would be able to cash it in and I'm even a customer, I asked why wouldn't they allow me to cash it in and the heavy set woman said 'they couldn't cash it, it's the employer's fault' when I know that was a lie, poor and dishonest customer service and will not be going to this bank either, wouldn't suggest anyone to go here. Update: I went back again, luckily, another person took care of it. They were nice and pleasant about it, thank you for making the second experience better.

I have been banking with TD Bank in Boston for 10 years but because of this branch's mismanagement I will cancel all my 3 accounts with TD Bank. They couldn't do anything right... They messed up my check order, wire transfer and their ATM never gave me money, simply went out of service. When I asked them to give me money from the counter that the ATM didn't give they said they can't do it and that I have to notify my bank myself to inform them that the money never came out. My other bank told me that it will take a month for them to investigate the withdrawal and that my money will not be available until the investigation was complete. The assistant manager was extremely rude and belligerent and even threatened to call the police when I complained that it's their ATM's fault and not mine that my money will be unavailable for a month. Even the district manager refused to help me so I decided to take my business elsewhere. Horrible experience...

Staff is wonderful. Never a wait and always a kind face. A dog friendly bank. Plenty of parking.

Best mcdonald's I've seen in a long time!

Angie Murray was literally a life saver to me today with information requested that I was not able to access due to my poor tech skills .She was kind considerate and compassionate and I so appreciate her service. This was my first after Covid visit in well over a year. She was able to provide me with the info and I am forever grateful. She has always provided great service and I have to say I guess I didn’t remember how great! I got a little tearful, I must admit. Nice meeting new staff member Jake too. Thanks for being my bank!

I had such a bad experience at the Seabrook branch that I have to give a great review to Newburyport. I always have a positive friendly experience here. The tellers can not be more helpful and accommodating. TD Bank corporate should know who is representing them properly.

All of the bankers at this branch are always professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. This is always my preferred TD location.

Excellent staff and service with very litle to no waiting. Open 7/days per work. This is a model of future banks.

The ladies working there are extremely friendly and helpful! :)
