TD Bank W Indiantown Rd, Jupiter

This place doesn’t even have a drive through ATM. The parking lot is a maze, an inconvenient one. Always construction going on. Its like they only thought of old people when it was designed? Jupiter as a whole does not cater to anyone who is below retirement age.

So from what I remember banks should give singles and change for small businesses accounts specially local to the bank. Went in to get change for my business and they refused to give me quarters. They wanted to ask me a bunch of questions about the business and where it is and still never got the change I needed. TD your a joke. Went to Wells Fargo right after where i dont have a account and they didn't have a problem doing it for me at all. Maybe you all should take some notes 📝 🤔.

Are use the drive-through to withdraw money from my account. In my stack of bills they included one counterfeit $100 bill. I spoke to the branch manager Jeanine and she insisted there was no way it could have come from there. She didn’t care what I had to say and wouldn’t do anything about it. I’m still wondering how I can get money out of my account and it is fake. You can’t trust TD

Janine was excellent. The branch was closed. I called and she waited for us as we had to open up a business account. Janine was kind and patient and answered all of our questions. I am new to TD Bank. I will come here and see Janine for all of my future banking needs.

Phone support people are souless robots. Too Big Brother for us. Have no trust in TD. Years ago okay with business change too. No service with that now. Too much work I guess. We are out.

I came in to the bank. It seemed I scared the away with my simple transaction because two team members saw me and those two went to lunch as soon as I told them I needed help. There were three bankers doing nothing and two customers waiting for assistance. No one came to help us nor did they say hi. They were on their computers and phones. 4 tellers 3 bankers two customers waiting to get help. This is not good from a bank.

Wasn’t allowed into T.D. Bank today. Said I needed an appointment. The bank was empty with employees inside. Website only indicates that the bank is open. I’ve been a customer for 20 years. I’m closing my accounts and safe deposit box and moving to Bank of America.

Very very very slow. Only two cars in line (me and 1 other) still was there for an hour to cash a check @11 am!! Have had to back up out of the line before because I've been waiting for so long and the line doesnt move. TERRIBLE. Call teller button is either broken or they must be ignoring it.

Love TD Bank! The tellers here are amazing and very helpful.
