Based on my own experience with Red Card/Target Card/Target Corporation. #tonedeaf #warukraine #targetredcard #redcard #target 1. I had attempted to reach an agreement with Red Card credit card with Target and essentially they only offered me option of paying a very high amount, settle the account by paying over $200 which is not even due right now, or I would fall in default of my payments. 2. While speaking with supervisor on the phone, she became increasingly hostile and hang up, deliberately disconnecting the call. 3. I am currently taking care of situation with family in Ukraine, which is why I am having difficulty with payments. TARGET WAS TONE DEAF ABOUT IT. There isn't even an option on their payment plan that has to do with war effort. HERE IS MY RATING FOR THEM, AS COMPARED TO OTHER CREDIT CARDS: -10 STARS. I had dealt with TD Bank before, when I was their customer and closed account. Had I known they are behind Red Card Target Card, I would not have opened the account.

I don't bank with TD Bank. If they disagree with your political views they may freeze your assets and account.

If you are a TD Depositor be sure to keep up-to-date on "Upcoming Changes to your accounts"- TD has massive new fees and charges for its Business Checking customers. Get out before you get hammered. Apparently 40 years of business means nothing to S. E. Connors Senior Vice President. The good news is there are so many new business friendly banks.

The Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA) as well as the Card Agreement for TD Bank Cash Rewards card dictates that a dispute can be filed with account info, amount disputed, and reason. After I provided all this information TD Bank decided that they did not want to follow both the terms of the contract or federal regulations and informed me they threw my dispute away without creating any type or reference of a case. Upon calling TD bank out on this they informed me that they won't be accept any disputes. Again a violation if federal law. After asking to make a complaint they put me on hold for 2 hours and then hung up on me. This has been going on for about half a year.

Used to be good. I recall we used to call the customer service phone number and someone would have answered in a couple of rings. Now... Good luck if someone picks up the phone. Absolutely horrible customer service. Plus they have a extremely sensitive policy on locking out your checking account for security reasons. I understand it's for the customers account safety but during my vacation it was a major pain in the rear to deal with this. I missed out on multiple items I could have purchased all because I couldn't get access to my account. I will mention that Mr Patel (Yash, was the first name) was very professional today. If management is reading this review, Mr Patel definitely deserves some recognition and a pat on the back for making today's trip smooth. EDIT: Additionally, Diana S. (Senior Customer Service Representative) in Sicklerville, NJ branch was also extremely professional. This was on TD branch location on Berlin Cross-Keys Road (across from the Republic bank). If her manager/upper management is reading this, she also deserves a pat on the back/aka future consideration for promotion. It's a shame, TD bank's customer service has gone down the toilet while employees like the two mentioned above (Yash and Diana) work here.

Do yourself a favor and NEVER use this bank as a mortgage lender. They write pre approvals left and right without checking anything. They will deny a loan right before closing and there is no one to talk to. This has been my 3-4 loan with them that this has happened. Do not get your home loan from this bank.

Waited 55 minutes in line at drive through starting at 11 am. Understand less hours due to staffing, don’t understand why a bank that advertises “convenience” doesn’t realize that some people are at work and have to take their lunch hour to sit in a bank line, Maybe have designated lines for services other than deposits and withdrawals since people that have in bank needs are all in the same lines. Very disappointing.

I have been trying to resolve a credit card dispute with TD Bank Credit Card services for a $254.75 fraudulent charge and they have walked away and closed the case and refuse to reopen. This has been going on since September 2019 and it is going to be the reason that after 10+ years, I will be closing my accounts -IRA, savings checking and two credit card accounts. This bank is not willing to help at all and the credit card division is horrible, non responsive, very anti customer. Cannot talk with anyone at TD bank Customer service as they do not care. Goodbye!!!!!!!

Don't bank here and I don't mean this branch in particular, people are nice here, but I mean TD in general. It's been multiple times that this bank has annoyed us to an extent we literally took multiple business accounts to local banks. And today is when we start moving personals too.. we wrote a check to vendor on Friday made deposits Saturday morning making sure funds are there and check still gets returned and they play this little blame game of "our system processes like that" oh well give your 35$ back.. well keep the change.. we been banking 20 years everywhere they think we were born yesterday.. at least get your app straight it keeps giving illusions checks are cleared and a day later.. boom.. all of sudden 20k floating in account coz that BS check we wrote got returned!!! 7 days banking well... gth
