This bank is the most horrible bank I’ve ever been to on liberty avenue, went at 4:30 waited in line with my husband to just get a bank statement and got that until 5:30 stand in line for 1 hour just waiting to get a bank statement. Horrible and rude customer service. They need proper workers here. I got upset because there is literally 5 tellers at the front and they don’t know nothing that there doing. They keep acting like you don’t exist at the bank, then they keep telling you hold on. I won’t ever go back to this bank anymore! It’s ridiculous never seen a bank so slow. Why have 5 tellers and just one working.

Horrible bank. I went in there around 2:30PM to open a CD account and the lady who assisted me to sign in told me I may or may not get seen today because they close at 4PM. There was only 5 people ahead of me and she kept insisting we MAY not get seen. Horrible service. She definitely wanted to go home and not help customers. I ended up going to the branch on Rockaway (20x better) and the branch manager assisted also to sign in WHO actually helped me with my account. He definitely wanted to help me with my account. Very professional. He took his time with explaining everything given it was 3:15PM when I arrived.

The worst bank ever!!! I called the 24 hour service and transferred me to here location to talk to the manager and I have been trying to get to the manager for 2 days and yet still trying!!! Worst useless workers

“Americas most convenient bank” but it’s really not. Chase is so much more convenient. I had to make a wire transfer but TD requires you to go to the bank and physically do it when chase can just allow you to do it on the app. There is always such a long wait at this bank and it’s frustrating that I have to wait over an hour to do something that chase can allow you to do from a click of a button on your own. I’m definitely closing my TD bank account and sticking to chase, this bank is just so annoying. The bankers are so slow and we have to wait in the line for hours outside when they take their sweet time inside. Imagine having to wait outside over 2 hours to just get something from your locker, or waiting over 2 hours in the cold winter just to send money to someone. It’s ridiculous. The workers are just inside chilling while people are waiting for hours outside just to be helped with something little which will take less than 10 mins.

They really need to add a 0 star rating! Would be perfect for this bank! Literally the worst bank ever, same lame excuses and unprofessional employees.. customers can’t sign in for themselves.. Just close this bank already I will be going to another bank to change for a better one Congratulations TD another customer gone 😂

The worst customer service ever I've experienced in this branch. So I walked in to solve an issue with my account wrote my name on the list to be call, they skipped my name so I asked the representative when is my turn and she didn't apologized for that plus when I finally got call they never offered me a chair to sit down so i was standing, beside the lady who was supposed to be taking care of me no even say hello when she came to me I called to the headquarters and complained about it maybe they do some changes and start to treat people like people.

This Bank need more employees. The lines are so long and the waiting time to get into the safe deposit box is crazy... Not a 30 to 45 minutes wait...talking about 1 Hour. I had to call the Main Office and make a complain then my next visit to my safe deposit box was 10 minutes...

Incompetent, unprofessional and lazy people working here. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. Hence if you need something, even the simplest task to be done, please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!! This is one of the worst branch out there that are just unwilling to help in any way possible. Needed my account to be unlocked and they told me there was nothing wrong with it, tired to make a purchase after and my card was declined. The next day, after waiting for 50 mins on a Sunday, same thing. I had to explain the whole process to them because they seem to lack understanding or just plain stupid. This is not the first time I’ve encountered situation like these, however, it’s the closet TD branch to my location. Considering Chase Bank right now because I can’t keep experiencing this every time I’m having a problem with my account or card. Been waiting for almost 2 hours for them to get this fixed...waiting while writing this.

Very slow customer service needs more staff. It looks like the staffs have a lot of time to waste because when the finish with one customer they have to take a break instead of moving to the other customer horrible customer service. Worst bank ever. Capital one and chase back are the best very fast customer service and friendly staffs.

Very bad service. Been sitting here for 1hr and 30mins plus and no customer service came to ask us what can I help you with today. Everyone just walking back and forth. Only employees that helping is behind registers so lines don't get long but customers service rep got alot of people sitting here for long waiting with no help.

Brian is a d*mb c*nt. He looked at a check like he never seen one before and said he "cant cash this" Ive gotten these exact checks cashed at other TD locations, guess some tellers are incompetent.

Don’t waste your time going here, they aren’t very organized specially now during the pandemic. Lines outside are ridiculously long. The workers are rude when you’re asking a simple question in order to figure out what line we should be on. That’s a very big issue because people line up for a teller and end up being escorted to a customer rep (basically skipping lines) even If you register online to wait, they still don’t follow protocols. After all this, if you actually waited and went to speak to someone, they are quite rude and make it extremely difficult for you to get your problem resolved. Like I said, don’t waste your time and go somewhere else where you can actually be HELPED.

They are very rude and dismissive of their patrons. I tried to speak with the manager (Abdul), but my comments were not heard. If 0 stars could be given, I would give it that. This was one of the worst experiences. I guess TD just does not want any customers. It’s such a shame.

This bank is always packed, lines always long. Employees move extremely slow and are very unproductive. Most of them are Incompetent. They sit around, laughing and joking with one another instead of being aggressive to maintain the orderly flow of customer service. They also opened up my account with the wrong names and gave me hell to correct it. I've had a bad experience everytime in this branch. The branch manager Lakshmi is arrogant rude and has a disgusting attitude for someone with no education. I closed my account here and went to another bank. Don't settle for this type of service. Please bank else where. P.S I worked for a bank as a customer rep.

I’ve been using this branch for a while now and my experience has been amazing. The staff is extremely courteous and they always smile and welcome everyone. The tellers are kind and would go beyond to ensure that the clients are satisfied. Mohanie (teller) is soooooooooooooooooooo helpful and always smiles and does an excellent job.

I love this bank and tellers r amazing. They provide good service and they ALWAYS have big smile on. And a special note to the bank manager ..Lakshmi. she's is the best. She helped me open my business account and she was very helpful. Her service is excellent. I love to bank at TD Bank.

I really like the bank except for today i was really appalled by the way the staff treated a lady. We were using the atm and she was helping another lady do a transition while her card was still in the atm she was using and somehow when she went to retrieve it, she couldn’t get it out.... the inside of the bank was closed but there was three persons inside and she called out to them but they just ignored her. A lady and two guys came out of there and she asked them if they worked there, they said no all the while turning the locks with keys And the lady was wearing a jacket that said td bank on it... they were very unprofessional and rude........

I don't understand the bad ratings at this place Trisha was very helpful so was the staff that booked me in the line can't remember his name! Very prompt i recommend this location to anyone and if u do book try to get Trisha 🤗☺️
