TD Bank N Crescent Blvd, Pennsauken Township

TD Bank prides itself on providing great customer service and going above and beyond. Well I guess the branch on Crescent Blvd/130N in Pennsauken, NJ didn’t get the memo! I chose TD Bank specifically because they have late night hours and I needed to open a bank account for my Nonprofit organization that had to be done in person. I get to this branch today at 5:10pm and let the teller know why I was there and he said it’s going to be a while without even asking the account rep that manages anything outside of deposits and withdrawals. I then asked do you mind asking and he responded it’s going to be a while but I’ll ask. He proceeded to instant message the rep by then it was 5:15pm and the rep replied (at least that is what he told me) it’s going to be a while. I pivoted on my heels said thank you and proceeded to walk away. No I’m sorry, can you make an appointment no nothing. No alternate solutions at all. Yeah I won’t be opening a business account with TD Bank and it will be their biggest regret.

How are you a bank with a phone but never answer? Smh. You call and call and nobody ever picks up then they get mad cuz you go to them for change order without calling ahead. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Martinez (manager) was disrespectful to a young father and daughter. He was was very unprofessional in his attitude. Shame on him! If o could give a 0 star I would!

A friend needed to use ATM to withdraw money and was successful

Wait time was long . Once the representative spoke with she informed me that their machines didn’t work. It would be convenient if they had signs that would let customers know.

I needed to get a new debit card, or just withdraw money. I tried to use my government issued Navy ID card. This was rejected and I wasn't able to convince the employee there that it was a valid primary ID, she said it could only count as a secondary form of ID. All government issued CAC cards are compliant with the Real ID act, so it was very surprising that she wouldn't accept it. There was also a pretty long wait compared to the other TD bank I went to right after this, because there were less employees in the building. I ended up going to a different TD bank and had 3 seperate employees tell me it was valid to use this government issued ID as a primary ID. I got my debit card replaced that same day using only this ID. I shouldn't have had to go to a different TD bank where they were more informed on the rules.

Really poor customer service from the higher up Jose Martinez. Shouldn’t even be considered a manager, let alone handling customers.

I love the service but 6 computers with 2 people on customer service?

Employees are rude. I simply asked to have my money recounted ONCE and she gave me my money back?? I’ve never had this problem at any other branches. She had an attitude up until I left and didn’t say a single word to me after handing me a receipt.
