TD Bank W Eagle Rd, Havertown

I've been to the regional bank in KOP and now I'm at the Havertown branch. The purpose of my visit is to get a new debit card as mine was hacked. In both cases, they only have one person that can do this in the branch. I expect service at my bank. I've been a customer since it was commerce. Bank and service was great. I rarely come into a branch but I don't have a choice at this point. All I can tell you is there's lots of banks around that pay better interest that are equally as convenient for me. I'm going to change banks.

Absolutely disgusting branch manager. I walked in to get a new debit card the teller judged me soon as I came in.(was in my work clothes). I have banked with td bank over 13 years I am African American and she discriminated against me due to my race and appearance. Never going back there and im gonna sue them for discrimination that made me feel so low its 2022 stop that hate.

For the third time going to this ATM I’m unable to deposit cash. I cannot have this and a nearby local bank needs to be able to deposit cash through ATM someone needs to change this so the money gets taken out regularly because people need to make deposits

We have been using this branch for 4+ years. A wonderful, friendly, and professional staff. They always get us in and out quickly. We are looking forward to many more years of banking with them.

Would give -20 stars if I could super unhelpful staff I have never ever once been actually helped by this bank it’s always problems. The only actually polite and helpful staff member there is Darnell. Darnell if ur reading this u gotta work at a better bank bro

Walked in to use the ATM around closing time i guess bc, black male employee in the lobby dancing (shucking and jiving) turns around and sees me at the ATM and comes and shakes the doors to make sure they are locked!!!! It be your own people! I was in the lobby at the ATM and had no intentions of going in but i guess a black man in a hoodie is illegal! Never going back!

Update. Fair’s fair. I finally made it in close to opening on Saturday. The branch manager couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. She gave my daughter a new debit card and showed her how to cash a check at the teller and deposit at the ATM, using two one-penny checks. If you need the manager or some keep else from customer service, go early on Saturday to avoid long waits. Original review. I have tried 3 times to convert my kids’ TD Go debit cards—bc that product is canceled—into the new debit card for kids, and TD Bank has failed me each time. First, they said I must make an appt online; but that webpage actually doesn’t work. So then they said they can’t make appts in the branch for customers, so we’ll have to wait. On any given Saturday, only day with hours that fit our work schedules,, there is one person working (besides tellers who can’t help) and a few people ahead of us. Each customer takes 30 min plus, so I’ve never been able to wait it out because WHO HAS HOURS TO WAIT AT A BANK?

This bank is great. People are complaining but seem to forget we’re in a pandemic and health and safety come first. I was glad to learn this staff was ok !! The girl in the DT explained she was the only one working which is why they were opened a little later and she really had things moving despite it just being her. The employees here are very friendly and helpful.

The Td bank in havertown is awesome. The bank tellers are very good at their job. The tellers are amber siddiqa and Melissa . Very professional. When I go to this branch the environment is always positive and very friendly. When I leave the bank I feel good because they take care of me.

Painful experience every single time. Always have to wait a minimum of 15-20 minutes, plus they only have 1 or 2 (max) clerks working at the same time. There is always a technicality which prevents me from completing certain money related services, and 75% of the time I am there I am walking out empty handed, frustrated. America’s most convenient bank, LMAO, their hours are terrible. Don’t do what I did, and try a different bank.
