The Aston branch just charged $10.00 fee to cash a check drawn on their bank from a nonprofit agency for my autistic grandson. So you just took $10 out of his mouth. Very sad that you have this kind of fee.... Very wrong.

Currently in the process of starting a real estate and property management company in Aston "CORE Property Management Realty" and we could not have done it without the help of the members of TD. Deja & Jill worked diligently to make sure we had the correct forms and paperwork to file with the state. The staff was patient and helpful the entire time!!! Thank you!!!

First time ever using this branch. I go in to the teller and deposit 2 paychecks and cash. He takes my things, processes the transaction, hands me a receipt and I leave. Later that night I go to use my card and realize none of the money is in there. I call tds 800 number and speak to a rep and she claims there is NO RECORD OF the transaction. I have called the branch directly multiple times and no one will return my calls. The money I deposited was for my rent and thanks to this stunt my rent is now late and I will be charged a late fee. I will never use this branch again and I am considering closing my account with TD altogether.

Worst bank around!! Every week there is a shortage of employees! The wait is always 15 min or longer, guess I’ll do citizens bank from now on

TD bank has become the worst bank! I get it, because of COVID, your lobby doors are closed to all your customers. But the only way we can get our money has now become an experience I dread going through. The drive-thru is awful now, get ready to wait at least 30 min. I stopped by one day during my lunch break, for what I intended to be a quick money withdrawal from my savings account, I literally spent my whole lunch break waiting on their drive thru line. I had to return to work hungry. Please and please get more staff for your drive thru since this is the ONLY way you attend to your customers now.

I wish I could give this bank zero stars, because honestly, that is what they deserve. Initially, when I went into the branch I was blown away by how kind the staff was and how knowledgeable they seemed about their job. Then a week later, after no update on my account, no card sent to my home, I called the customer service line - I WAS NEVER GIVEN AN ACCOUNT. They had no record of me, which is weird seeing has I had given all of my personal information/banking information to the teller. I call the branch and they find my paperwork, but they see it hasn't been processed, they say they will expedite my information but are then confused when I request payment protection/compensation for all the missed payments for my student loans that didn't get paid since my account was never even created (I went to open this account with enough leeway for my payments to go through). I was assured that the manager, who wasn't even in for another week, would contact me to go over what happened... two weeks have gone by and not a single word. I contact the office again and they keep asking me for information I couldn't possibly know BECAUSE MY ACCOUNT WAS NEVER CREATED, like what was the 'last purchase/deposit made to the account', and with attitude I'm told to go back to the branch and deal with it there. I'm glad that there are people who are able to drop everything to work around the bullshit this bank dishes out, but I don't have that time. Worst introduction to a company I have ever encountered.

My below explained issue was resolved beyond my satisfaction******I have been on hold for 40 minutes now! My card got declined while trying to pay for groceries today...and I have Well over the amount needed to pay! I left messages and posted on your Facebook page and I am on hold now with still no response! Can someone please take the hold off of my account or at least notify me of why there is a hold on it! I need to access my money! This is extremely inconvenient! I realize personal messages are not available on google but I left my account info in my Facebook message. Please contact me asap to resolve this issue!

I called this bank at 2:24, they close at 3pm. It is now 2:59 and I’ve been on mute (not even hold because there is no music) for 35 minutes. The girl who answered the phone asked me to give her a minute and had yet to return.

Store is open but all doors locked. Needed a new bank card but customer service here is terrible. Not banking here anymore.
