TD Bank Hamilton Blvd, Allentown

I was slightly skeptical to open another account with TD Bank since I had mixed experiences with them before, mostly positive and this is why I continue to be their customer. Walked in with low expectations and left extremely pleased, Matthew took care of my wife and myself, went out of his way to care for all our financial needs and made sure we were well informed. Could not be more happy to continue doing business with TD Bank.

worst customer service from any bank. this is not about just this location but TD bank in general. don't trust your money with this bank. they are real crooks. would not have even given this bank 1 star due to the worst service.

Worst branch ever. Most incompetent people I have ever met. Their ATM's are always having issues and lost money due to the ATM acting up and the attendants can't do anything because they don't know WHAT to do. It's unbelievable.

I came into this branch with a bit of a complex problem. My account went back to 2016 and I needed some proof of payments to submit to my old car insurance company, because I am currently involved in a dispute. After talking to one of the tellers, I was told to sit tight and a banker would help me. A few minutes later I was helped. John spent well over 45 minutes trying to help me with this issue I was having. Being as it was not an everyday question, he went out of his way to make multiple phone calls and emails to make sure he could help me out as much as possible and get the right answers. As of right now I am waiting for a call back, but the customer service was great. Coming from working at a Fortune 500 company, you learn to hold high standards of service and they were definitely surpassed! Great job and thank you, especially to John!

I’ve had a business account and a personal account there for over 10 years and great customer service sometimes you have to wait a little bit. It’s worth it when they are that friendly and take a good care of you.

Horrible customer service!! Do not use this bank!! Such a process to get anything resolved!! So frustrated!! They don’t even care if you are a customer or not.

Came in to open up a checking account waited over 30minutes to be helped. It was no one in the lobby. Waiting but me. Horrible customer service.

Went in just to get a signature card and was told to come back in 45 min...seriously?! After I drove 45 minutes just to get here. Horrible customer service. Never again!!
