TD Bank Wyandotte St, Bethlehem

Warning do not come here!!!! I live 2 blocks away but drive to bath pike or Easton ave locations. This location is filled with rude people who don’t know what they are doing.

Shainia and katina and the staff were excellent!!!! They helped my husband and I when we were extremely stressed while figuring out finances for our wedding and we are from Long Island New York wish we lived here just to get this customer service all the time! God bless!

I came in to open an account , I knew I owed some money so I told the lady helping me I wanted to pay my debt off ($371) I handed her my green card , that’s the only ID i have at this moment , after taking the $371 to satisfy the account she proceeds to tell me that I can’t open an account with my green card and I need proof of address which I don’t have since I just moved to Bethlehem. To take my money she didn’t need no proof of address!!! And she could have told me this before taking the money ! I’m never coming to this place again and I will file a complaint with the better business bureau.

Came in 4:50 pm for deposits. One teller was working and two person ahead of me. Finished caring them in 5 minute. Took my deposits. 5 people behind me and 1 drive thru. Keep saying thank you for being patient and almost done while keep taking and finishes others deposits withdrawals etc. right now 5:20 Pm alone, teller came to confirm my account number given then took another 6 minutes. I do not know why mine was ditched from others. Maybe i am asian? Or my bank account weren’t made from here? Never coming back. Hope this bank closed for non convenient bank ever.

Southside is the best ever ! Love banking with TD bank , and you can get 25$ if someone refer you to open an account ! Who don't like free money $$$$

I've been a customer for years through transitions and this bank has gone down the tubes. I've consistently waited in the drive through a minimum of 20 minutes to have simple deposits processed. There is never a second teller, the one that is there assists in store as well which slows everything, and they have reduced hours (not referring to Covid related) which makes it even more difficult for business owners. Today I was in line 30 minutes so I had time to write this review 🙄

Tried to make a deposit on my way to work.Your drive thru hours show you are open at 8am. I stayed there this morning from 808 until 811 pressed your buzzer multiple times and didn't see one person inside the bank. Now I have to come back again when you are actually open. Hardly convenient!

ATM is forever down. Its annoying. Its suppose to be "The worlds most convenient bank," but what's so convenient about having to lug your kids out of the car for $20 or driving across town when it isn't business hours?!.. I've had several issues with this bank.. Been banking with them for years but maybe it's time for a change!

On a positive note, I'm always greeted with a kind hello when i go into the bank. However, the Atm is more frequently down than other locations, the hours are more restricted than other locations, and I've more often had difficulty at this branch than any other branch. I only go to this branch for atm service and when in the area. I find Cedar Crest and Quakertown branches much more helpful.

Great customer service Roseyln great manager excellent staff. They really go above and beyond to help there clients. I will recommend my friends & family.
