Not a great customer experience. Bank made an error and didn't do much to resolve it. Unsatisfied. Will no recommend

Excellent experience all around with this bank. The manager and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Snooty people! Everyone here acts as though they’re better than you. I went in thirty minutes before closing and as soon as I walked in a tall blonde woman came close to my face and told me ‘’we’re closing soon can you please hurry up.’’ A few seconds later as I was filling out my form she continued with “so-and-so can fill out the rest for you.” She even had the audacity to grab my pen away as I was still writing. I’ll never come back to this branch again!

If you are looking to open an account at a bank that will gouge you for every cent they can, with customer service reps who will flat-out lie to your face, look no further than TD Bank. If you like to keep the money that you work for and you value open and honest communication with your financial institutions, you would do well to look elsewhere.

I have only had good experiences with the staff here. We regularly bank with this branch.

I’m Not good with banking. Had an issue with Money being returned to my account, talked to the manager, Steve was extremely helpful and explained everything very thoroughly so I could understand as well as resolving the issue

I understand that if you do not have a bank account with a specific bank then fees are charged but, you bring a check that was issued by that bank how is it right for them to issue a fee? I think not The fee was $7 don't bank with Td

If I could rate it a zero, I would. I have never had worse customer service from a bank in my life!
