We stopped by yesterday to open a savings acct for my 13yo, & everyone was so friendly! Kasey got him all set up in record time, welcomed us to the area, & gave us sushi recommendations to boot! So, so much better than our former bank!

Never there during regular day business hours . It’s a week after new year and still nothing.

Not enough personnel to handle the volume of customers. Tellers were constantly apologizing for making people wait. This location is definitely NOT "America's Most Convenient Bank."

They provide a drive-through but still ask you to come inside, due to a fear that a line will develop... Not sure the official policy on this one but terrible service!

Awful customer service from Fazima today 5/31/22. she said my balances out loud and when I told her I wish she would not do that she ignored me. No apology. Will go to different TD from now on.

Why does this bank open at 9:30 AM when most people have to be to work by 8:30 AM to 9 AM every day or at least Monday through Friday how are we supposed to run to the bank before work in an emergency or to get money for the day for lunch or gasWhat if there’s a problem with our card
