5-star customer service! I was greeted at the door with a smile and a welcoming staff willing to assist customers. Branch manager, Jonathan was exceptional and informative. Super easy to talk to and helpful. His approach was customer-focused and made me feel he truly cared about my financial concerns. He was amazing! Thank you Jonathan.

Don't bother with the drive up window, unless you want to have your entire day ruined. Teller decided to take her lunch break in the middle of my transaction - AFTER she took my deposit bag - leaving me sitting in my car wondering WTF happened. I had to park, walk into the bank & ask where my money went! I'll use the ATM from now on, for all transactions. This place is going downhill fast.

The atm was out if service so had to go inside to take out money. The Indian guy that care of me was very rude. Took about 20 minutes to get $200 from him.I gave him my card and bithday and license ,but still said I still needed a password I had on the account. I never use my password so couldn't remember it. He was taken care of the drive thru and left me standing there.terrible

Pleasant tellers but it takes longer and longer the more I come. I assume it’s because they are hoping people use automated systems and hire less “human” staff.

Analyn made my experience at her branch exceptional. She was professional and friendly and I enjoyed meeting and doing business with Analyn. Also the lady teller who is a lovely young lady was professional and pleasant. She did the wiring of funds quickly and with no hassle. What a pleasure working with the Pompton, Cedar Grove branch.

Went in and sought help for a check image that I deposited 3 years ago. The branch manager and his assistant branch manager , helped me out and was able to find the check for me. They needed to go through more than 20 file images to look for a particular check; but never once complained about it. Definitely a good experience with this branch each time I come in. I have been doing transactions in this branch for around 4 yrs now and have been very very satisfied with the overall service.

Clean inside, helpful staff. All employees were very kind, helpful, and knew how to do their jobs in a way that best served the public.
