TD Bank Jefferson St, Passaic

I went under by $58 in my checking account. I drove over to the drive thru ATM to deposit $100 within 1 hour of the morning update to my phone. The Drive through ATM only would accept a check and not cash? The cash button was "grayed out". W.t.h. ? I drove back to work and called them 3 times 20 mins appart to ask why I'm unable to deposit cash? No one ever picked up the phone 3 times I called. Place gets a fat zero from me but you'll be quick to collect your overdrawn fee even though I was there to fix it within the hour. Maybe you didn't want me to fix it ? Like Answer

Would be nice to have your ATMs working today with y'all be closed. Both are down.

I visit this branch often and their tellers and managers are always very friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. I do not have an account here but wish I did! LOL

I had some issues with my savings account, however Jaymes DeJesus assure me he would take care of it, as he did. He provided excellent customer service, and very professional as well. Thanks again Jaymes!!

The Manager there can not manage this branch. No business account Help at all . Even tho you check in they do not care . They help anyone they choose.

I have to say this bank made me happy with my decision to bank with TD. Hands down Best Customer Service. Granted place does get packed but never a bad experience. Thank you TD

horrible! the staff here will do everything they can to make you not want to come back as if they compete to not satisfy the customer.they rather you come inside instead of using there drive thru. def will be looking into a new bank. DONT COME HERE.

If there was 0 stars i would put that. I deposited $400 in the atm and it took my card and my money. I was lucky that the bank was open and i could go in right away and tell them the issue. The girl in customer service file a report and i have to wait for my money.

I did open an account at TD bank of passaic nj with minimum of 100$ recommended by customer service , he did open an online banking for me , I let him know I'm leaving the country for 2 months ,when Im coming back I will set up a direct diposit ,I did come back and fund 20$ left on my account ,I called the national number on back of my card ,the customer service couldn't do anything and he told me to go to the one he opened the account ,so I went back the same customer service we discuss the situation and he told me you should sign in to online statement so you will not get charge for 1$ fee , I told him you did everything for me her and you open online banking ,why you didn't do it by time and why you didn't told me about 1$ fee !! He said you have to do it , I told him ok, say you told me there fee of dollar and if its come below 100$ will be an other fee of 15$ wish is below minimum of 100$ , I would put 12$ extra and you take a dollar every month for 12th month so at least not like 80$ on 4 month , then he said I can only get you back 30$ to your account , so meaning I try to help you , I closed my account and got 20$ back. So I would just told him yes get 30$ back so will be 50$ and next day close and take 50$ but just told me I will give to you if and we always give more on support other but no stolen money of people !!!
