TD Bank Franklin St, Braintree

I’ve never in my life was spoken to by a person her name is Lilly also the manager of the bank he would not give me his name they are very rude and unprofessional if I could give a zero star I would this has to be the worst run bank in Boston that people are so rude and unprofessional I will never enter through the doors of this bank ever again also I will be withdrawn my funds and putting it in another bank I am going to close my own account down the way I have been spoken to it’s on necessary

TD bank is great but Braintree is unreal. I called them 7 times on Feb 6th to try to rectify something and get help... not one answer of the phone. I then have to drive in because no one is answering the phone. I get there at 1:00 and you guessed it, she comes to the door only to tell me, we close at 1. Well if you had answered your phone I wouldn’t have had to waste my gas. TD bank is the most convenient bank but Braintree should not have that motto as everything they do seems half hearted. TD bank Braintree convenient by name not from their actions.

The 3 times I have came here I have wasted my time and energy. Employees don’t care what your needs are and just es t to get customers out to take the next. Also their drive thru line is always wrapped Around the branch. There is no way they take 30 minutes for each car.

Cross-border (Canada) banking. They are very poor bank and require you to agree to conditions that are completely unacceptable if you read them. "We use 3rd parties to transfer your money and are not responsible for any losses." I'm certain this is wrong and illegal. The Braintree branch people are good. This is corporate idiocy.

Just went in to open a new account and Elizabeth was the one who called me for assistance at customer service and was not helpful at all asked to open an account and she says the account is $5.99 a month but never looked into getting me help on what works for me. Simply said that’s it. I have had other banks and they would try to get you something that works and explains each one. They lost a good client and citizens got me 🙌🏽

TD Bank is great! i have been using it for 8 years now. Why the one star review? The one star review is for the Braintree branch specifically. Very rude and arrogant staff. It doesn't matter if the exchange takes place over the phone or in person, it is the same attitude. Do yourself a favor, and drive over to Weymouth or Quincy. Trust me, it is worth the extra 10 minutes drive.

I went in to cancel my card, and after I verified my account with my social security number, address, security questions, and phone number the incapable teller said that I had to call the toll free number because I couldn't verify my date of birth. I have enjoyed dealing with TD bank in Braintree until today. TERRIBLE service! The only person who greeted me properly was the security guard, otherwise the manager and the tellers were twiddling their thumbs waiting for the shift to be over.

Very rude,arrogant,helpless and unprofessional staff. You go for one thing they barely help and digging into the account and find other stuff to tell you. If you wanna waste your time be my guest and go there. Other than that find yourself a new bank.

Worst banking Services , From manager to all the employees need to be fired. Looks like all of them are high on some cheap drugs before they schedule. They are definition of washed and There is no cure for that.
