Every other week I get about 6 transactions that don’t post till my account is empty, even though I have it setup to decline transactions when my account is empty. If you are poor and do not have a lot of money in your account you will be charged frequent maintenance fees. Go to Chime instead. Get paid a day early.

The manager there is nice but a teller named Kathleen is so rude. Everytime I go in and need to do anything she is unbelievably rude. Also this bank is just a big scam. I have overdraft protection which isn't really overdraft protection. Then when you try to op out of it you still get overdraft fees. I'm closing my account asap and will never deal with TD bank again.

I love TD bank overall. Jeanne is great! But Kathleen is rude everytime I see her. I avoid going up to her for her to cash my check.

Very slow! There's never enough staff here so a long line seems to always form with only one person working behind the counter. Would really benefit from more employees.

My brother has been in the hospital for the past five months and I had to get POA to help handle his bills . I live in Arkansas . Jeanne has been a tremendous help to me .
