TD Bank Drum Hill Rd, Chelmsford

Everytime I come there is a line to the door. The staffs customer service is standard not bad but definitely not above and beyond. Weather I am speaking to a teller or someone at the desks there is always at least a 20 minute wait. To say they are understaffed would be and understatement. Disappointing because I like the convenance of the banks but not worth the hassle to do anything.

Their staff here is excellent and despite the traffic in and out of here I rarely wait more than 10 minutes for management, if I need them. The only bone I have to pick is that one of the ATMs out front ate my card Friday night after hours, leaving me high and dry all weekend long on a weekend I was supposed to be traveling. Despite my feud with the ATM I highly recommend this TD Bank for their excellent staff, solid banking practices and prompt service

It is 2021, it seems like their card maker is always going down when you need it most. Time for TD to invest in something that won't fail to serve its customers!!!

Always a line...No drive up...they never answer the phone. This bank does not seem to be understaffed but when its busy there seems to be one teller. Management usually seems to have time to greet you but never help on the teller line. Waiting in the line at this bank I usually hear someone complain about the wait time.

Horrible experience, absolutely good for nothing

Staff were very polite and very helpful. Wait time was not too long (about 10 mins) and I was guided through everything I needed to do on my visit. Staff are very attentive and courteous. I was very pleased with the service.

Under stuffed...,wait,wait,wait and wait in line some more!!!!! Needs new branch manager who cares and effective! Present one just smiles without solving any problems.
