TD Bank W Skippack Pike, Schwenksville

Terrible customer service, we come to open new account, do not let customer read the fee and other charge just want customer sign then go, not really looking to benefit and recommend any program customer have option can choose. We have business and personal account with TD Bank, there is some over draft fee while we don't see any negative balance, we come to ask for reason. She just yell and don't want to explain to customer. when you deposit, you fund not available right away, but if other deposit they will take off your fund right away and charge you over draft fee while customer never see negative balance. how your customer know the reason why? Very disappoint with this TD Bank location and want to cancel all account. Please check you bank statement carefully to avoid any fee charge you not realize.

I had very poor customer service here as well. When in to get a new debit card, and was made to wait for over a half hour for someone who arrived after me. The assistant manager had to come over and help, because the account manager who got me initially, asked me to wait so he could help his customer. Then ignored me.

Great location. Right across from Wawa. The traffic flow is well designed.

My experience with Commerce Bank, now TD Bank in Skippack has been mixed. The branch has had mediocre managers, weak managers, and then the current management team... today, August 2016, the team of Mr. Quinn and Ms Rubio is the best we've ever had. Several years ago, I had a significant problem with my mother's account and they couldn't have been more understanding and more helpful. They were great... unlike BOA, Univest, and First Niagara, who were totally incompetent and treated me like dirt. If you're looking for a local branch with good people who'll look you in the eye and welcome you every time you walk in, check out TD in Skippack. Ask for Jay or Kim... you'll be glad you did.

Terrible customer service, some of bank personnel are not familiar with all there products. Technology is horrible to transfer money to another bank it's a nightmare. They need lots of training just to get to par with other banks,

Have to call ahead for larger withdrawals now... Pretty inconvenient when you need cash on short notice.
