TD Bank Jefferson Davis Hwy, Dumfries

This is the worst bank! I drove 3 hours to get money out of my closed account and they wouldnt give me the money on my account because they claim they cannot call the fraud department on their own from the store they can only email them. But I could call the fraud department myself ??? I had another account get closed and was able to get my funds from those account no problem. The other Banks were able to call and unlock my account so I was able to receive my fun NO PROBLEM because those banks. Closing my accounts all because I got Zelle payments. This bank is the absolute.

bank is absolutely horrible. account was closed with 2k in it and I was not told why. i drove 4 hours up there to “unlock” my account only to be told 2 days later my account would be closed. stay away from this horrible bank

I use the bank for business purposes and every single staff member has helped me at one point or any other. They are friendly, accurate and fast! I would recommend them to anyone solely based on their customer service skills!

Customer service sucks balls! 1) Opened a US bank account in this branch 2) Moved to UK - due to family emergency 3) Wanted to close account or transfer money from TD Bank account 4) Branch manager asks me to send a notarized passport 5) Sent a courier to the branch manager with these: Notarized passport, W-8 BEN form (some info that TD wanted just before I moved), scanned front and back copy of my card 6) Online bank account gets unlocked 7) I try to transfer money to a US Citizens Bank since branch manager says account closure requires one to physically go to a branch 8) Transfer does not go through 9) Trying transfer after a few days 10) Discover that my account is locked again 11) Customer service asks me to go to a branch in the US again from the UK Where did I go wrong!!!

This is the most fantastic branch. I have dealt with other banks but nothing compares to the customer service that i get from TD Bank. Great job, a great big shout out to all of the staff! Excellence at its best!

I would give this branch a 0, if I could. This bank is supposed to be open at 8:30 but apparently the manager won't allow anyone in until 9:00 or some time 9:15. The drive through service is horrible. Today, I went to withdraw cash from account and apparently the bank doesn't have enough cash. The amount was not a big amount either, I just don't understand how can a bank have no cash in their vault. I have had it with them, I am going to transfer to a bank that actually keep cash in their vault.

This bank never had big bills even if you need $100, i was told to call a day before i need big bills. The next time when i called on the bank the dude told me on the phone " we don't print the bills in the bank'. this is the worse bank i have ever used (not all the TD bank but just the ghetto one). will sure take my business somewhere else.

I have had really bad experience with this branch and that was my first and last time at this location. I have order some new currency for very important family event( religious), after they assured me that new currency will be there for me . When I have called to say that I am coming to pick up I have spoke with the store manager and she lied me that she can make emergency order for me because that was bank mistake. but When I call next day she was saying that she couldn't do that ...!!! no phone call , no follow up as they promise ...horrible service !!!!

If i could leave zero stars I would. 2 employees doing other work rather than assisting customers waiting for them. Prioritize your work TD Bank employee that thinks I work for your business. Try acting like you like your job, even if you don't.

My experience here was completely horrible! Stay away if you can!!! The manager was very unprofessional and made up her own policy(I called TD customer service and they confirmed that it was not true) . I honestly feel like I was mistreated due to my age and race. Thankfully TD in Springfield, VA was able to assist me.
