TD Bank 37th Ave, Queens

I had an opportunity to visit TD Bank at Jackson Heights branch NY . Mr Bryan Cruz was the person who helped me to solve my problem. Mr Bryan is a very young ,energetic ,well dressed and highly professional gentleman. I really appreciate for his sincere attention to the client. He made me feel confident and peace in mind to work with him. This branch is a very busy branch even than the way Mr Bryan took care of me is really appreciate able. Honestly, the branch manager was not polite, he would talk over you and not let you speak at all. I’ve been in this bank for 7 years and I never thought such disrespect would come towards this brach and towards the customer. It’s disappointing! Gokhan Kacmaz, was such a great help he helped me through my process based on what happened in my situation, very understanding, he did his very best and I really really appreciate it. Slowest TD bank branch ever. I have seen really busy branches, but the tellers here are just incompetent. Moreover, they seem to have an attitude problem.

ATM issue I understand this branch is very busy, because lots of small business and resident, huge population area, is not mean, stiff should be rude / unprofessional. I called their phone number no one pick the phone only ringing ( not even voice message set) I try few time lastly it was ringing for 15 minutes. then, I called toll free number , then I explain him, he said it is matter of ATM / that branch, he gave me branch phone number, I see same number, then I told him, "I try this number many time and lastly 15 minute but no one pick the phone" then he called for me, and get some (women) on the line. (remember I try before no one pick up, I thought they unplug the phone) I explain her she just say come to the branch with receipt and (guess what) hang off the line. I did not get chance to say, I don't live around there, somehow I was there and use that ATM.

Every where TD Bank customer service is really bad but in this Jackson Heights branch I always go and talk to Jackie. She has helped me with opening up a business account without any headaches. She was very kind to me and my wife. She took her time and explained us everything. Now every time I go there I always get help from her.

That was my second time to get worse service by the branch manager named Ronald. That’s the reason the whole employees include front security guard are giving bad service and also behaving very badly with clients.They yield with customers just if they ask something second time as they can’t understand English properly. I really hope the corporate will notice that will take proper action against the branch manager and will help to satisfy customers need by the employees once they go to the bank.

Wish I can give zero star. Last 2yrs I arrived at 9am to their office for online banking. The person who taking care of me so busy gossiping with another lady who gave her coffee. After a while, she said I open your account unlock. You can go home and call phone yourself to open online banking. I tried at home. They said your account is not unlock. We can't see it. I never went back there until today. Btw I wait another 40min today too. My issues is the same. I'm their customer since 2013. They keep renovating the place over and over. But they service is suck. I don't understand why people do business with them.

Always problems here. Today, for example, went to use the ATM and all 4 of them are down. Why? No cash. So I'm supposed to pay service fees to go to some other ATM? Or wait 30 minutes on line to take some out from a teller? Seriously?

For one transaction 15 min. Need Supervisor Authorization Long Time. Ask for ID After 10 min. Always have issue we don’t have $100 bill mixed with $20 Always. Specially Morning it’s too much.

I never personally went to their bank for any business, but my cousin went there with her father for opening an account. They had a pleasant experience and had no complaints from this branch. All in all its a good experience. For foreign nationals it is recommended.

Excellent service for a very busy location. They are very rapid and friendly. Security Guard was awesome extra help for the customer service. Very recommendable store.

This bank is worst bank ever. It’s too busy and most of dumb people come here. Don’t know what is line is. Super slow customer service. If you want to go for custom service take 1-2 hours time. Also most of the amateurs works here. Entry level people work here. Have no idea about banking.

I was here yesterday to solve my online banking problem. The lady whose name is Jankie is very rude. I went today and speak with different lady whose name is Farheen. She is good. While I was talking with her Jankei was so rude at me that she said why did you came here again?? If the bank was like her home. I opened my bank account here. Now feels like don’t want to go there anymore. 😔 😠
