TD Bank Hackettstown

I’m extremely disappointed with this branch. I’ve been a customer since Commerce Bank was taken over. Unless you want to get a high interest loan for your business or personal during these tough times you can forget it. They have no idea what is going and and won’t lift a finger to answer a phone at the branch or help loyal customers. I would have given a 0 of it was an option. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Every time I come to this place on the weekend it’s closed hours early. They have no atm in the drive through like all other TD banks. Last week I sat in the drive through for an hour, got one spot away and the lady stuck her head out and said “sorry buddy we’re closed now”. How professional! Today on Sunday they are closed at 1pm instead of the posted 3pm.

I was living locally in the Budd Lake area for 6 months after a new owner took over my NYC building and I had to relocate. Now, I've gone to many TD Bank branches in NYC and had numerous private and business accounts. You know when you're in a branch and you have an employee who just wants to cast you off and just sit there, staring off into the ether. I've come across many of them in the NYC TD Bank locations. In the Budd Lake branch, every one of the employees in this bank have been friendly, congenial, helpful and have gone the extra mile for me. Normally, I can handle all my business with a bank machine or online, but I had a lot of banking issues that required human interaction that were pretty perplexing and the agent/associate/bank employee handled the situations perfectly. This is the bank like the old Cheers tv show ... the bank where everybody knows your name ... 5 stars to the employees at this TB Bank branch.

The blonde supervisor was extremely unhelpful considering this is suppose to be the most convenient bank. I ended up going to a bank 5 miles away in Flanders to receive the service this supervisor claimed she couldn't give me. Don't go here!! It's a huge headache!! I will drive the extra distance from this point forward!

A nice branch to do your banking.

Td used to be convenient.. every year they get worse and worse on times there open Saturday used to be 3 now 1.. typical cheap bank cutting hours more and more so they don't need to pay ppl to be there...

Helpful and friendly staff always make time to answer questions and assist customers. I have been a TD customer for years, and it's because of branches like this. Close to home, easy to access and exit from the road, 24 hour ATM service, and good hours for when I need to walk in.

I no longer live near a TD branch, and closed my account a while ago. I needed some information that was not readily available. When I went to the Hackettstown store, Karishma went above and beyond to find what I needed. Her service was polite, professional and she got the results I needed, even after she was rejected by numerous corp positions, she had the good sense to ask different questions until she got the results that we needed. Thank you Karishma, thanks TD Bank for hiring such smart and dedicated people.

Every staff member is very helpful & knowledgeable. Literally can ask any question & will direct you to the right person when needed with specific help. Great welcoming atmosphere when you walk in. Great bank with great employees.

Very bad aministration very poor everytime i go there the atm machine does not work or the door to open is not working ,there is always something to make you go to other branch.i think is time to change someone in charge of that location.
