I CANNOT recommend Marcie and her team enough! I was hit by 1 (maybe 2 deer) broadside going 55. The deer impacted my Driver's side rear door and frame mainly with some other damage to driver's door and bed. I can't even tell where the damage was after getting my truck back from Taylor's. No seams, welds, anything! Completely perfect paint match as well. These guys are true PROS. They even helped me with the insurance company to ensure that all the damage would be properly insured. Thank you to Marcie and the entire team at Taylor's Auto Body!

I just would like to personally thank Travis Whitt and all the employees at Taylor's Auto Body Shop. My car was hit at work while it was parked and between VaCorp, Taylor's, and Enterprise, the experience wasn't as bad as one would think. I got a quick and reasonable estimate from Travis, Enterprise gave me an awesome rental, and when I picked up the car it was cleaner than the day I bought it from the Mercedes dealer....HIGHLY recommend this body shop! Thank you again SO much! My car is beautiful!

we've used Taylors Auto Body for many years 10+, we never had an issue and the work was always top notch. It had been quite a while since our last use of thier services, a bullet hole in our ford escape, but this time a deer strike , could have been worst but new tires and breaks a couple weeks before make it less traumatic. the had my car repaired faster than the quoted time. i was shocked, and very happy, when we went to go pick up our car it was crazy seeing all the customer cars that still waiting to be worked on. and grateful for their quick turn around on this repair. i recommend them because you know your in good hands!

It is easier to schedule open heart surgery than an appointment at Taylor's Auto Body. Look elsewhere if time is a factor.

I was in a wreck and the other driver admitted fault. My insurance company left me to fight the other insurance company by myself. Taylor's Auto Body realized immediately I was struggling so they offered to take over all conversations with that insurance company. They fought for me and were able to get the repairs completed with original Chevrolet parts. This was during a GM strike so everything took longer (just over two months) and the situation was even more stressful. The also did a superb job of completing all repairs, and their communication was amazing. Once they took over, I had complete peace of mind. I am so thankful for Taylor's Auto Body. I hope you don't find yourself in a situation where you need them, but if you do, I highly recommend them.

Everyone at Taylor's Auto Body was great. Nicole as well as the other receptionist was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is happy. They kept in touch with me during the repair. They cleaned my car before returning it. They made the experience really nice and my car looked great. Perhaps most importantly, the repair was thorough and well done.

Did some great work repairing out car after it was hit in an accident. Very friendly and easy to work with staff helped the whole process run smoothly. We have difficulty with the tire pressure as many 07s do and we came in for our appointment just as the tire pressure light came on and they filled it up for us without us even asking, great service!

Taylor's is the only place I would ever take any of my cars or trucks all of the people are so nice to work with

service was great, everyone was nice and helpful. took a little longer than they predicted (by at least two weeks) but I’m mostly satisfied. my real only complaint is that even though the part of my car being worked on was the front headlights and bumper, the shop took it upon themselves to clean my car by taking every thing they could find from the front and back seats and shoving it into my trunk. I would greatly have preferred no cleaning to having someone shove a bunch of my belongings on top of each other with no sense of what was heavy or light. My trunk was already quite full and it’s taken me a long time to find some of the things I need in my car which would have been in the same place I left them if the car hadn’t been cleaned. maybe ask your customers if they want this service, because I would have refused if I knew about it. no other mechanic has ever cleaned the inside of my car so I had no idea it was going to happen, and I appreciate that this attention to customer service is probably something others enjoy, but this was very badly executed and I would rather have just had my car returned to me in the state it was in them suddenly have to sort out an entire packed trunk full of my belongings.

I had my brand new Ford F150 sent to Taylor's to be repaired due to a dealership. They were fast and honest. There was one minor error and they quickly made it a priority and got the job done and now looks like a brand new F-150. I would recommend.
