He was super accommodating and not hard to get on the phone, which was great with last minute questions! Even though we were moving out of Florida to Georgia he was still able to help us and he worked great with our out of state realtor. Taylor is the reason our offer was chosen out of 20+ offers on our DREAM home. 10pm on a Sunday, the sellers had narrowed it down to our offers and a few others, they called and said if we could do a 10 day financial contingency, it was ours.
