Very disappointed we have purchased three vehicles with Taylor Auto Credit Spending over 40,000 and we go back today and they won't lower the price of a car by 2000-3,000 to be eligible for 0 down special. You have got to be kidding me?!!! You just lost A very good customer. I wouldn't spend another dime with yall

They are outstanding we have. 2014 Nissan Altima NEVER!!! I will never recommend this place to anyone I know. I'm very displeased with the staff there. Gigi was rude and thought she was better than myself. The only one I can say anything good about is my account manager Frances. She has worked with me so much. After 2 months of having it we had to take it to their warranty shop due to major shaking issues and we're told it was a bolt on the subframe after we told them it only happened when braking. He said they looked at it. I come from a family of mechanics and know what to look for. I definitely didn't see any signs of the tires being taken off so I know they didn't look at it. We have paid out over $1000 plus made our payments like we are supposed to as per our agreement. But how do they expect a person to feel paying over $10,000 for a used vehicle that has cost us so much money in just a year. Yeah I get it's used but I've had older cars that didn't cost as much as this vehicle has. So it being a " used vehicle" saying doesn't apply here. They're tell me that all day but it's BS. Once this is paid off I will take my business elsewhere.

I been dealing with them for some years (3rd car) but this car I got now is the worst car I ever seen. The gas cap belong to another vehicle and they just slapped it on this car . We paying a extra 75 a month on a transmission and the car still the same from when I dropped it off. They let the car sit at reliable transmission for 3 weeks and My items where stolen out of my vehicle ( the arm rest which is a closed off space no one can see) they had my car sitting up there for 2 1/2 weeks when we was paying for a rental but when we said they need to provide help since we can’t keep paying on a rental they decided to help out with a rental but the car was done 4 days after that so they won’t have to pay a lot for the rental . They take advantage of their loyal customers. We pay every time on time and gave them NOT 1 problem but when we needed help they threw us to the curb and said they not responsible

Over priced and they don't care if you paid off three cars. Pretty much said go some where else and try to find a better deal so I did.

The staff is professional and courteous. The buying of the car was fast and easy. There wasn't any pressure to purchase any one car. They let me make an informed and casual decision. It was really easy and painless. They seemed friendly, helpful and answered all of my questions.

They seemed helpful over the phone, drove from Austin got there and its a different story. Down payments rates are based upon approval not what they have online or listed on the cars when you go. will be contacting the BBB due to false advertisement.

Ive been buying a car from them. Of course my first car gave out after 2.5 years. So I got a new one. Well needless to say I had a lot of family issues and they're not willing to work with me at all. They never answer the phones and when they do they're rude like they have a power over you. It's sad I loved taking care of the owner in the home he was put in. But this is insane

They sell you cars that barely pass inspection. And they are quick to tell a customer it isn't in the warranty. Don't buy from here

I have been a customer with this company for years. Paid my notes on time they just money hungry, and Tony is very unprofessional as he argued with me about a car i purchased with in weeks time the check engine light came on and gas cap light costanly came on i had been at the repair shop at least 5 times in less than 30 days. When i spoke with Tony about it he hung up in my face and did not keep his word on covering the car note for the month, because of these major issues . Remember customers are your number one priority, huh not with these guys. I do not recommend a vichel with this company if you looking for a reliable used car. There over prices anyway and if anything goes wrong a week or two they will try and make you pay for it or keep you in the car instead of refunding your money back ect.

This was the first time I had gone to Taylor Auto Credit. I was in desperate need of a car and wasn’t able to come up with the normal amount of down payment like everyone wants ($1,000-$2,000). Gigi was great, she answered all my calls, returned any calls that were missed, and replied to all my emails. She was able to talk to the owner and they worked out a great deal! I had some trouble getting the required documents together on my side but they worked with what I had. I was able to walk out of there with the vehicle I have been wanting for years! I will definitely be going back once it comes time to get another car or maybe even sooner!

I can’t say enough about the integrity of everyone that works here!!! Our shop helps with some of the repairs that they need. They have never asked me to patch a job, cut corners, or anything but offer the best service. From our very first meeting they made it clear that the price would never be the deciding factor. They stressed that quality and a fair timing was what matters the most to this company. All of the cars I have seen have been well maintained, low miles, and from the stickers have very low down payments. Buying a car from TAC is like buying from a family friend. Many of the employees have worked for them for thirty plus years. That should tell you how well the owner runs a business!

🍋 Avoid this place at all cost !! They sell lemon cars ! My grandparents purchased a 2011 Hyundai from them as a Christmas gift to me it’s broken down on me TWICE and i havent Had the vehicle for a month yet . They refuse to refund or give us a new vehicle. I’ve had diagnostics ran and multiple mechanics tell me the car has major electrical issues . They’re rude and lack professionalism. Knowing they’re not driving cars themselves that are out of order . This car stopped on me in the middle of driving on the highway and now I’m out of a vehicle which btw won’t even start now !!! I spoke To hailey and told her we would be getting an attorney and her response was “ well have your attorney talk to ours “ with attitude. It should be no reason why a newly purchased vehicle now won’t even start up after not even having it for 3 weeks consecutively . Don’t be apart of this family’s scam like we have !! I’d love to see a response from the owner as to how they want to rectify the situation.

I paid my car off over a month ago and they have yet to release the lien on my vehicle. Per Texas DMV a lien holder has 10 business days to release a lien. What car dealership doesn't know this. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Got a great deal on a gray car I was in and out within the hour Amy was great and she definitely helped me out the first thing I asked was I want drive down here with a car with 1000 down and she did exactly that thank you for your services

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AVOID TAYLOR AUTO CREDIT!!! There are many, many other places who would value your business and show it. I went to purchase a vehicle and they could literally care less about my time which is funny considering they continuously use the mantra that they value your time. Geneva specifically lacks professionalism and any kind of customer service attitude. She blatantly lied to me, could careless for the customer and wasted well over an hour of my time. To be completely fair the other employees I interacted with, Abigail( I believe that's her name) and the woman at the cashier window, were both very friendly.
