I first met Tanya when I started real estate in 2004. At that time I was sending buyers to her for financing. Most recently when my daughter and I faced a large rent increase or the decision to purchase a home we turned to Tanya for advice. After going to Tanya's website and filling out the application our journey began and ultimately we decided to move ahead with the purchase of a home. Tanya and her team helped us every step of the way and got us to close on our new home December 13, 2021. 5 stars is not enough Tanya is definitely a 10 star when it comes to financing.
