I had a great first time home buying experience with Tanner. He answered all of my many questions about both home financing and general home buying questions and laid out several options for the home buying situation I was in. I didn't feel pressured or pushed at all during the process. He did a good job of checking in to make sure that all the boxes were being checked from home inspection to buyers disclosure signing. I would recommend him to any first time home buyers and even multiple time home buyers. The process was flawless.

In all of my dealings with Tanner he is very well organized and takes good care of his clients. As a Realtor, I appreciate that he sends weekly update reports that show the progress the transaction has made along with what is needed. That way everyone is on the same page.
