Great customer service, especially with Devan. Purchased my first Glock and Devan was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He did not try to power sell me on anything. Highly recommend this place for anybody looking for a gun purchase.

I have found the staff to be very helpful and extremely knowledgeable on all items that I have inquired about. They have a great selection and have been willing to help try to locate specific things if they don’t have them in stock. I highly recommend shopping there and will continue to be a frequent customer.

These guys are very professional and knowledgeable in multiple aspects of personal weapons. The staff is very friendly and eager to assist in anyway. T&C are one of the few that are left in small businesses that their word is trustworthy. Great place for guns and ammo!

Purchased a rifle online for a good price, unfortunately this company had it incorrectly listed as in stock. I purchased the rifle online and when I refreshed the page it said contact for availability so I was happy to know (or thought) I got the last one. After over 2 weeks and hearing nothing from my FFL I contacted TC Pawn, to find out I was actually on a backorder with 17 other people. I requested to then cancel this order and was assured "it'd be no problem" and that "they would take care of me". Well it very much was a problem to them apparently as they started to give me the run around on phone calls saying they'd bring this to to their General Manager's attention and so on. Never heard from him. I decided to stop wasting my breath on phone calls and resorted to emailing. They answered the first few emails but then began to ignore me. This whole thing was a month. They forced me to practically beg for my money back on something that has and never was shipped and the only way I got it was by strong-arming them through a dispute with my bank. I don't care how good the deal is, I will never buy from TC Pawn again after how this was handled.

I purchased a KEL TEC SUB 2000 from T&C Pawn on 5-12 18. I had read in the American Rifleman that Kel Tec had a safety Recall on these guns. I asked the lady who sold me this gun if she knew of this and she said no. I purchased the gun and went on Kel Tec's website and found my gun was on the recall list. No problem I shipped it back to the manufacturer and 8 weeks later I got the gun back and Kel Tec included a new magazine free for the inconvenience. I went to T&C Pawn on 10-13-18 to stop by and browse and shop and made mention of my gun that I purchased from them having to be sent back for a recall and was trying to help the staff in letting them know of the recall of these Kel Tec models. The staff did not seem interested in this and promptly ignored me and I think they just will let their customers find out the same way I did. They probably knew of the recall when they sold me this gun after how the staff treated me when I told them about this. The safety recall was about the barrels rupturing when fired which is very dangerous for anyone shooting this gun. I will never purchase another item in this store due to the poor customer service I received and their lack of concern for the safety of their customers. Walter Brown
