My family has banked here for over 20 years, and the employees have always been kind and helpful. My father was not the easiest man to deal with, but they always provided him excellent customer service, and were some of the first to let me know he was showing signs of dementia. I've appreciated their genuine consideration and patience, and so far have found their website convenient and reliable for banking online. A change of address did fail to stick in their system one time, but they easily corrected it and re-sent my debit card with no hassle.

I have banked for 56 years and I am changing Banks as I write this. The new format for mobile banking is terrible.Nothing was wrong with the one that was replaced. Call and it’s the same old message wait time is longer than normal you might want to call back. I have called my last time. We are out for town often and mobile banking is my only source I will bank where you don’t have to be a I T guru.

Opened up my account last week everyone there was really nice and welcoming. I can tell I’ll be here for a long time.

Allowed someone taken off my account to continue to receive a duplicate copy of the bank statement. When I discovered this and asked why it was allowed to continue after the signature card was changed and that person removed, I was told it was my responsibility to tell them. How if I was never asked or informed that this person was receiving a duplicate copy? Total violation of my privacy and banking information. Changing banks ASAP.

My girlfriend and I have had a great experience with the hospitality from this bank! Janet Dean has been very helpful in opening the account and any problem that were raised were taken care of.

Employees are very friendly and courteous.
