Synovus Bank Lovett Rd, Statesboro

My experience at this bank was extremely disappointing. First things first, when I walked in I obviously interrupting the 2 individuals working because I was met with sighs, deep breaths and eye rolling. The chairs are stained, and soiled. Making it uncomfortable to sit on. I was also told I have to have an address in Georgia to open an account with them. I’ve been discriminated against before being a young African American woman but the 3 individuals I had an interaction with at this bank obviously had some pre determined notions about a young African American women. So if you fit that description I’d advise to go somewhere else.

I have banked at this location for twenty five years. I have never been disappointed with friendly professionals at this location. No problem is to big to solve and quickly handled. Never have I been brushed off because I have a small account.

I am new to Synovus Bank, Miss Tammy was patient and kind. I am grateful for workers that go above and beyond!!
