Synovus Bank N New York Ave, Winter Park

The manager of this branch went out of her way to explain my options. I will be opening a business account because she helped me understand what services are offered.

I've banked with FCB for 10 years and have always been very very happy. This last year, the service level has not been as great as it used to be. Little things - rude people when I called tech support. Lack of follow up when I've asked for my analysis statements, which I haven't gotten in 2 years. No follow up on my requests. Then, I had a personal line of credit come due in January and instead of giving me plenty of warning & some options, I received a notice of full amount due with less than 2 weeks to address it. I could not get anyone in the bank to help me. I know my internal credit rating with the bank was perfect - still could not get any enthusiasm or assistance in re-financing the amount. It was very discouraging. I did not even receive any communication that maybe they couldn't help me but would try to help find someone that could. Or to extend the due date to give me time to go through their laborious and intensive requirements to re-finance. No one, at all, reached out with anything positive. I closed my personal account and will move my business banking soon. I've been a non-troublesome customer for 10 years and I don't think I deserved the complete lack of interest that I received the ONE time, I have a problem and needed help.

I love Florida community bank! The one in Apopka fl is the best one. They make you feel like family and are genuinely concerned about you! We are getting ready to move and there's no fcb where we are moving so I'm going to have to change banks. I'm sad about this. That's why I'm writing a review before I leave. Great bank! Update: decided not to change banks! I just couldn't leave my fcb family. They have online check depositing now, so that makes it easier to stay.

Love the Winter Park branch. Friendly staff. The manager, Belinda, always goes out of her way to provide the best possible customer experience.

Totally sucks. Hospitality was terrible. Every chick in there had a bad attitude.

Pretty good overall. I don't like this bank as much as I did when it was a smaller bank before they were bought, but there are some advantages to a larger bank as well. I did have one issue with them, but they resolved it fairly quickly. Some limitations, but if you want a bank with actual brick and motor locations, you could do a lot worse.

I've been with this bank for the past year and I love it. Needed a small loan for my business and had such a good experience, I'll use them again for another loan in a few months for a home project I have in mind. The girls inside are amazing and always put me in a good mood whenever I'm in there. They know what they're doing there and how to treat people. Keep up the good work!

Called the customer service ( 1-800 number ) , they asked me at least 8 different security questions to verify the account. I have never seen that much questions for them to ask. Very disappointment with them and probably I will go ahead and close the account . ( i have been with them more than 10 years )

Lol yes rude bank teller I can actually go to any (other) bank and get 2 rolls of quarters without being a member appreciate your obstinance though
