I had a charge off on my credit report that I knew was an error from Wells Fargo. After many unsuccessful attempts trying to work with the bank I was referred to Synergy Credit Services. Jennifer was the easiest person I've worked with on this. She understood the urgency of getting my credit report fixed as we were in the process of buying a house. Her innovative approach fixed my credit report and the charge off was removed. I highly recommend her!

The team at Synergy Credit was amazing. From the very first call until the last email. Within hours of signing up they were diligent at working through my extensive credit history and getting items removed. After the first month, my credit score updated and I was able to purchase my home with ease. In a little over six months the team at Synergy was able to increase my scores by 65 points in average and removed several derogatory accounts from my credit. I like many others I’m sure, felt like I’ve done all I could do to get my credit score higher and it wouldn’t budge. I found synergy through word of mouth and I’m so glad they got recommended them to me. They got to work right away. They also gave me pointers on what I could do in the mean time some of my issues got resolved. Within just a couple month my score improved something that hadn’t happened in years. They were quick to respond each time which was my biggest fear being left out in the dark but nope they were patient with all my questions and concerns. They give you a quick pep talk and then do not communicate with you for months. I can say their reps were very friendly when you requested information. Not for everyone, in my case a quick google search taught me more than they did in 4 months. They also do not tell you about the first payment being a start up fee only and not actual coverage to your "Journey" with them.

Over a two year span they were to eliminate over 25k that was negatively impacting my credit (in the end is cost me substantially less thanks to synergy) while they did their duties i did what i could on my end to improve my credit. Together we raised my credit score 97 points and i was able to be approved to buy my first home! Emails were responded to by next business day and no later. Thanks again Synergy credit, i give verbal referrals at least once a week!!!

Their methods and services are ineffective and useless, and their pricing structure is a complete bait and switch. I HIGHLY recommend finding a more competent credit repair service.

if you need to fix your credit, work with Synergy. they have a group of professionals that really know what they're doing and they will keep you up to date every part of the process. I enjoyed using their platform where they post all the updates to your process, that way you know which discrepancies from your credit report they're going after. I will use their services in the future no doubt!

Wow! I couldn't believe how much my score increased after hiring Synergy to fix my credit. They were very transparent throughout the entire process. Everyone I spoke with there was a joy to speak with and just filled with knowledge. I did not know where to start with my credit. Synergy sent me a detailed 'Credit Strategy' catered to my specific scenario. It was great to be able to go back to the strategy and follow the steps that they gave to ensure I was doing the correct things to benefit my credit the most. I was hit with numerous medical collections from a surgery I had 3 years ago and no matter who I called or what I did I could NOT get them removed from my credit report. They promise to fix your credit in 6 months, after 7 months charging me $99 a month. I called them to ask when I was going to see progress on my credit reports and they said that were working on it and that they weren’t going to charge me again until they made any progress … the following month they charged me again without making any progress or without even telling me that they were going to charge me again I ended up spending almost $800 and wasting 8 months where they did nothing for my credit. DO NOT HIRE THEM, THEY ARE A SCAM!!!

Synergy Credit is an amazing company that can help anyone restore their credit. Yes, I was skeptical in the beginning, but they are there for their clients every step of the way. Whether it's a phone call, email, or text they are there to serve their clients without hesitation. When my husband and I started our journey with them we were in the low 500's. Well, after a few months of working with Synergy my husband and I received an approval to buy our first home. Nate Eubank is the best in the field for credit repair. I highly recommend anyone who needs helps building or repairing their credit to call Synergy. Also, I can't forget about Gracie Munoz who was also instrumental in helping us achieve our goals. This review is long overdue but well deserved by Synergy Credit Services. It won't be the shortest review ever but I wanted to get the point across about how grateful I am to this company and how spectacular they are inside and out in hopes to help someone else with their decision to chose Synergy for their credit repair needs! It was well worth it to hire Synergy Credit Repair to fix my credit! I absolutely recommend them and always refer them to others looking for help with their credit! They deserve a 5+ stars for their straightforwardness and honesty, a vastly knowledgeable team, quick response times and the friendly, caring attitude towards helping all that come their way! They are passionate about what they do and love helping others! Just know that credit repair takes time and is a two-way street, you must be patient as well as be involved with the whole process to get the results you want! Back in late 2020, I was looking to buy a home but after my lender pulled my credit they referred me to a few credit repair companies before I could qualify for a loan. My credit score was horrendous. I decided to go with Synergy and worked with them for 8 months. I had no previous lines of credit but there were 6 medical bills that went to collections (Medical bills do affect your credit). All derogatory marks on my credit report have been wiped since then and I have be able to continue to maintain and build up my credit score. My credit was around 505 when I started and it jumped to over 700 after working with Synergy. Shoutout to Courtney and Nate for being so amazingly awesome and helping me get to where I am today! I knew nothing when I started this trek but thanks to Synergy I have a supremely better grasp about how credit works! I also qualified for a loan and am now a homeowner! The poor reviews from the very few people who were unhappy with the services provided by Synergy were only sabotaged by themselves and all for the same reasons. All of them wanted to throw a one time payment at their problems and get an instant fix. They were impatient and did not follow Synergy's advice. I know because a good friend of mine started using Synergy at the same time as me. He left one of those negative reviews. My friend blames Synergy for the lack of progress made to his credit because he believed they were only there to draw out the entire process and purposely string him along to squeeze every dollar out of him. My friend, however, never took the time to utilize Synergy's full potential and didn't put in any effort in on his part. He never reached out with questions about his situation or to understand the complexities of the credit world in general. His lack of attention and knowledge mixed with his distrust and impatience got the better of him when he wasn't seeing instant results. This led him to cancel before any progress could be made to his credit. Same goes for the others. I understand they felt like they were paying for nothing but in reality they weren't taking advantage nor understood what they were paying for. They wanted an instant easy way out and had obscured expectations. My friend's credit situation isn't any better and he rents instead of owning a home which was his original plan. I, on the other hand, stuck with Synergy and now have great credit and own a home. Don't be like my friend or the other negative reviewers. And sure, you could probably help yourself after months and months of gaining the right insight and information but it will be so much more difficult and time consuming. This stuff isn't rocket science but it seems pretty close without the proper guidance. A credit repair company is the way to go in my opinion and after looking into other credit repair companies I chose Synergy because they seemed like the best and they did not disappoint! With Synergy in your corner every step of the way, your credit repair journey will be so much easier and a lot less stressful.

BEWARE, if you have money problems, be careful about giving money to Synergy to help, My tenants were more in debt after their relationship with this company.

If you're reading this post, then you've already hit the jackpot! Synergy Credit Services is the best of the best. They successfully removed an (unjust) late payment which was dragging down my credit score. I had tried to fix it myself but was continually hitting a brick wall. Then I spoke with the team at Synergy and everything changed! They formulated a genius strategy and successfully boosted my credit score within 2 months. 6 weeks after that, hey presto - the late payment was deleted and my credit score rose further. The credit repair industry may have plenty of charlatans but these guys are the real deal. They are professional, courteous and communicative - and their pricing is fair and transparent.

Update 7/1/2021: Since I have left Synergy Service, I have been able to raise my credit score by 105 points in the 3 months I have been AWAY from Synergy. Further evidence this company is a scam. Some people just do not know better. April 2021 - So, I really wanted to like this company because they help one of my friends. My experience with them was not good. I stayed on the program 5 months and my Credit did not budge. Anytime i wanted an update, I had to call them. What I expected and what I received was different. i expected for them to contact me on what is needed after each round of letters that went out and to advise me of the strategy and results of the rounds. That did not happen. There was radio silence after each round. They only called me when my credit card did not draft due to me needing to update my expiration date. It was Month 3 when I decided to call, they just told me another round is about to go out. At this point, I started doing research on my own by asking lenders and signing up directly through Experian (which gives you awesome tips on how to improve your credit). Month 4, I get an email about a dispute they opened up with CFPB which should have been done in month one. It's like they want to collect about $400-$500 from you before they actually start working on your file. I started to get my credit score to raise by myself from the tips that Experian walked me through and tips Lenders gave me. Here I am paying $99 a month to Synergy when they were the ones that should have been sharing these tips and walking me through this process. I raised my score by 20 points within 2 weeks working with the Lender and Experian for $14.99 per month.

After hearing about Synergy from a friend my husband and I decided to give them a try as we were wanting to purchase a home but our credit was just not there yet. The gals at Synergy got right on it, always keeping us updated on what was going on and what was being done to fix the issues in our credit, wishing a few months we were able to apply for and get approved for our first home. We’ll be forever thankful for Synergy and their services!

I want to thank the entire team at Synergy. Y’all helped me and my husband get better credit scores. Before I started with them I was skeptical because I had a bad experience with another credit repair company. However, once I started they gave me a personalized strategy and communicated what it would take to reach my goals and I knew they were different.
