    Hello everyone, Please do Not open credit card account with Synchrony Bank. They are schemers . If you make perches through their credit card, they not gonna send you the bill on the first month. They are sending you the bill on the second month. They be like opps you missed the payment here your bills due by blaw ... and 36 dollars late payment fees. I recommend everyone who have their credit card cancel their card to avoid scham.

    SENIORS; STAY AWAY! Synchrony Bank recently renewed my CD without sending me a renewal reminder email. I called them and spoke to their manager Kevin. I asked Kevin to close the CD and place the balance into a savings account. He flatly refused unless I would pay a $500 early withdrawal penalty. They convey a condescending attitude which I condider elder abuse. They offer great interest rates but their deceptive practices make them a poor choice for seniors like me.

    HORRIBLE "customer service" - automated phone system is designed to keep customers away from human contact. After about an hour of trying I got through to a foreign call center with a person who barely spoke English. Couldn't reach CEO Brian Doubles in Stamford, CT - recording saying the mail box is FULL! Oh, I'll bet it is! Doubles is laughing all the way to the bank while Amazon customers are treated like dirt!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!

    Terrible bank ever! Year 2022 and they dont have any platform for customers to check loan amount and pay online 🥴you have to call every month to make a payment. what is that?

    Customer Service SUCKS THEY refuse to let me talk to any Decision makers AVOID at all Costs... My Account was closed for NO VALID REASON I had opened over THREE YEARS, always paid on-time, never a lot of charges.. Amazon should consider finding a new card processor... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

    Extremely incompetent, from the people answering the phones to the “investigators”. I have written documentation from a courier that they lost a package & this bank is still refusing to assist me in getting my money back in spite of anything I provide to them. I have great credit & this charge is the first step to ruining it cause I refuse to pay for merchandise I no longer have. Trust me when I tell you I have never received this kind of customer service from any other bank and would never recommend anyone doing business with them. My account used with them is closed & I couldn’t be happier to see a future without them.

    THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NEVER GIVE IT BACK ($120) THEY WILL DRAIN YOUR SOUL WHILE YOU FIGHT TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK. I have a receipt from merchant and a confirmation number confirming I should be getting my refund money back, yet, I have been fighting with them for 4 months now and they don’t give it back. THEY SAID:” it is your money you should be fighting” THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY FROM YOU! THEY STEAL STAY AWAY!

    Absolutely horrible bank! I have Chase, Amex, and Citi cards. They don't treat their customers as horrible as Synchrony Bank treats theirs. I will never have another account associated with them ever!

    Worst bank ever, if you can even call them a bank. DO NOT USE FOR CARECREDIT OR ANYTHING ELSE. Just try to get a live person with some knowledge on the phone, they can't even understand what you want.

    I had a care credit credit card through these people. I payed it off in full march 2020. The day after I payed off this credit card , instead of cancelling the card they allowed someone to make a fraudulent charge of $2000.00, maxing out the card once more. They refused to let me report it to the fraud department and refused to allow me to clear this up within the company. Their signature move is "I am transferring you to another department".. Their customer service department is farmed out to the middle east and you literally will be talking to people with chickens and dogs in the background trying to distinguish through broken english. I strongly recommend any company but this circus act.

    I have synchrony Bank card through Lowe's. This lender is among the worst I have ever worked with. I had a charge of $170.00 and because I forgot to make my minimum payment on the due date the following month, they put a temporary hold on my card. This bank just wants to control the consumer. I will never bank with them again.

    Synchrony Bank has consistently LIED to me for 17 months on my Amazon Store Credit Card from lying about how to add to the secured amount, to raising my limit after 7 months of on time payments and making it unsecured, to converting it to a visa card when they don't have an Amazon visa card, to reviewing my account to raise the limit, to even saying it is up to Amazon to raise the limit. They never tell the same story twice & now they said finally that it is not your payment history (17 months of on time payments ) but your credit history and score that determines whether or not they will ever raise your limit. I was an authorized user on 2 of their gas cards for a year and a half as well. Avoid getting a card from this bank at all costs and find a better bank.
