Worst credit card company ever. very predatory do not recommend. Rude phone people.

If I could give them 0 stars, I definitely would. If you have the option of getting a loan from somewhere else for furniture, do so. Even if the interest rate is higher. I had a promotion for 0 interest for 36 months, was late on one payment for the first time throughout my entire time paying more than the amount of the minimum payments. They then proceeded to absolutely HARASS me. I got call after call, email after email, and THEY LOCKED ME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT ON MY PHONE APP. I have never been treated so poorly by a company before. I only took out this loan so I could continue boosting my credit by being diligent on making payments over a period of time. I have a 100% on time payment record on my credit score. However, they treated me like I was stiffing them on drug money or something along those lines. I then proceeded to pay off my entire loan and want absolutely nothing to do with this company ever again. Absolute garbage. Figure it out Synchrony.

Thanks to the sorry state of health care in our country, the high cost of insurance, and the high cost of health services i was unfortunate enough to have to do business with Care Credit, who uses Synchrony as their credit service. My wife had a root canal done and we got landed with these guys. Got a bill last week outlining what was owed. I tried to log into their system. I'll be darned if they didn't make it the hardest thing ever. In fact, I'm still not in. They said my wife already created an account. I tried to look up her user name. I had to enter a security question - which she didn't create - just to look up her name. A simple reset password would have been nice. I provided the account number, social number, and birthday. How much do you need? I imagine they are just trying to make it as hard as possible so that they can get that sweet 26.9% interest and $40.00 late fees. Avoid these folks if you can.

If I could post a review with zero stars I would. This company has absolutely no customer service and their employees need some serious training. I could bend your ear for multiple paragraphs but you have better things to do, as you do with your time and efforts dealing with this company. Please do not waste your time. There are better places to get credit services.

NATALIE from the Orlando Florida corporate Office I BELIVE the Customer service manager. All I ask was for a line item or something similar of all charges on my credit account . She started raising her voice literally form me just asking that . Saying JCP has that record . And I was like yeah I understand but can you provide atleast some charges jcp made to the card , y’all are the bank issuing the funds after all . And she exploded from there telling me that she meant “ that she can transfer me to the dept that does take care of my credit card “ I was just as confused to what she said because she never clarified that

MAKING ME PAY OFF MY SXS IN FULL TO RECOVER IT FROM THE REPO COMPANY BEFORE SENDING IT OFF TO AUCTION! THEY DO NOT HAVE A ONLINE ACCOUNT! EVERY Thing IS DONE THREW MAIL! FAIR WARNNING! CUSTOMER SERVICE ISNT HELPFUL EAITHER! THEY RECIVED MY PAY OFF THEN CAHED MY PAYMENT THAT THEY RECIVED THE NEXT DAY! SO NOW THEY OWE ME! LIKE I SAID WORST COMPANY EVER!

The worst bank I had to deal with. Horrible customer service. Can not even speak to a person and when I finally got an answer they never spoke to me.

Can't give a Zero, so here goes: For 6 years, I've had a Synchrony Newegg account in perfect standing. Until last month. They auto closed my account because I haven't needed a new gizmo in 6 months to put on the card. Cost me a pile of hard earned, disciplined Credit Score points.

They are the reason this country needs even stricter financial laws with criminal penalties and jail time. But that's wishful thinking. If they invested in something more than collections, and fixed their online services, maybe they wouldn't have so many bad reviews. Advice: forget the "deal," check the issuing bank on your next cc offer. If it says Synchrony Bank, tear it up and throw it away.

Synchrony recently closed my card account with no notice and for invalid reasons even though I’ve been making regular payments above the minimum. Don’t sign up for any cards they enjoy doing nothing for their customers.
