Best experience. I got quotes and was given multiple options. I held off on deciding, but when I called they called me right back. Made the process easy and painless. Great agent and by far the best one I’ve ever had communication with. Didn’t give me a run around and gave me the best options for me, unlike other agents. Definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for the best deals and great customer service.

Have had a representative w/ Symmetry Financial Group for a few years. Seemed to be a good person to deal with but definitely dropping the ball. Not appreciative of the service nor the lack of commitment from Ryan,lately. Please make the experience w Symmetry better...needing to change agents because it's not worth the hassle to deal w/ this person.

I had been inundated with mortgage protection advertisements and Spam calls after purchasing my home. I was looking for a way to make sure my wife would be able to manage house payments or pay off the house if something would happen to me. I live in Eastern Oklahoma but my area code is 719 (Colorado Springs) and I was getting probably 15 calls A-day from 719 Numbers. I finally got a call from an area code I recognize is arrecognized from a is from a underwriter with symmetry financial group. Kristen Adams is professional, compassionate, and patient. She listened to me and identified the product she thought would benefit us and I agreed. Along with being grateful to her for helping me navigate this sensitive and complex financial issue, she helped me make sure my beautiful wife will be OK if when I'm gone.

I am completely new to the life insurance industry, but Symmetry has done a great job of laying out the expectations, and providing consistent mentorship & guidance with every step. I've only been licensed for a couple months, but my path is made clear through their training and resources. Excited to see where this goes!

Took me 30 years to find SFG. Have not regretted giving all of our energy, time and passion to building something of incredible value for our family, our clients and our teams. We love it. Its HARD work, but nothing worth having is ever easy. We love the culture, the product and a clear pathway to an incredible nationwide business. Have not seen anything else like it in my career. We are more committed and passionate now than when we started. That says a LOT. For those looking for something beyond what is found in the normal workplace, this entire company and opportunity is incredible. You have to work for it. Do not bring a 40k per year mindset and wonder why you are not making 6 figures and beyond. We read, we grow, we collaborate, we train, we face defeats. It's certainly not for the faint of heart. But if you can dig down and apply all the above and add time over consistency, amazing things can and do happen all the time here.

I never sold any policies for the short period of time I was with them. I found out quickly that the line of work just didn't fit well with me. However, from what I saw, the company was great and had a lot of opportunity for income growth. And no I didn't just "drink the Kool-aid." I am familiar with this type of business and business in general, as I am a business owner myself. Symmetry is not going to fit your mold of the typical 40 hour, biweekly paycheck, 9-5 job. They are commission based. If that scares you, you can still try it out, but you may find the stress of uncertainty isn't worth the earning potential (although a good argument can be made that a single salary/hourly job is actually less secure than commission, but I won't go into that). If you're willing to invest time and some funds up front, work hard, and risk the uncertainty, I would give this company an honest try. As always, your mileage may vary.

The ad that I responded to for Symmetry said that there were no requirements, you would make 80,000 a year(starting pay), there are benefits, and it was remote. The only thing true is that it is a remote job. You do not get any benefits(401k, health insurance, dental etc.) It pays commission but you have to pay for at least 200 leads a week. The CEOs say that about 10% of the leads you buy will make an appointment, half of that will show to the appointment and half of that will actually purchase a policy. The cheapest leads are $1.64. So you have to pay $328 a week and hope and pray that the numbers work in your favor. It would be that simple wouldn’t it… nope. Most of the leads I called the first week either applied upwards of three years ago and already have policies with other companies, or don’t even have a mortgage and don’t need mortgage protection. I spent 5 months and upwards of 700 for classes, certificates, finger printing(depending on the state) and Licensing. I have spent over 1000 hours working on classes for this job, joining zoom meetings and speaking with the CEOs and higher ups to find out when I purchased my first set of leads that everything I was told is a lie. I pushed through countless tests and countless paychecks thinking I was starting the perfect life long career. Also they do not provide insurance to anyone who doesn’t speak English This is a complete scam and a huge disappointment..

I'm not sure what would make someone think I would to do business with them when they call back to back to back. Very poor training/ sales tactic. I would never consider doing business with this company after that experience. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE HOUNDED.
