They always checked in and if I had questions they quickly and thoroughly answered them. Doing a refinance can be a little painful, but they took all the stress away and made sure it was ultimately in my benefit to do so. I never felt pressured or sold, and we closed quickly and without any issues. The process was very convenient, as I was able to do almost everything online. Even the day of closing was very flexible and they coordinated a Notary which came to my house to sign the documents I wasn’t able to do online. I have no regrets and will use them again in the future without hesitation.

Did a refinance with Adam Connell after being screwed by another company. I needed to get it done quickly, and although it got done a few days later I needed it, it all worked out in the end. Adam went above and beyond the call of duty! I was out of town for a birthday trip trying to get everything together and while on the trip my husband ended up in the hospital. Adam did everything in his power to get things pushed through and helped me get the information needed when I couldn't figure it out. I would definitely recommend him and his team. I started communicating with Rocket Mortgage about a month ago. Their performance during our refinance was absolutely exquisite. In particular, Cory and Candace were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and competent. They communicated with me thoroughly and promptly. Our loan closed within a short span of four to five weeks. There were no surprises at closing, in fact, we received money back that we were not expecting and we brought no cash to closing. Furthermore, Cory and Candace executed a decrease in our homeowners insurance at the last minute that resulted in nearly a $200 a month savings for me and my wife. We exercise a lot of scrutiny when dealing with companies and I assure you working with Rocket Mortgage and Candace and Cory was a distinct pleasure. They were available almost 24/7 and treated my wife and I with the utmost of care. They genuinely and sincerely performed in a manner that convinced me they cared about our needs. It was refreshing to be treated in a humane way dealing directly with two very competent professionals.

I was skeptical about choosing a mortgage company. They had put to rest how efficient and quick this process started in February 1 and closed by the 22nd of February. I have never been so happy to get this process done quickly and everything went smoothly. Communication was fantastic always knew what was going on. extremely happy with this service. Jenn and Lauren were awesome. I talked to about 15 different refinance lenders some ok some bad but, Jenn and Lauren were the real deal. They were very friendly and truly worked to get me the best deal for me not just a deal that was slightly better than the rest. They also weren't pushy like alot of these folks seem to be.
