Really liked their selling of services but after application submission, dead silence. Nothing. One would think if you have filed a business application you actually have a professional responsibility to let potential clients what loan product options you have/or dont have produced. This with a simple, either "yes, we found these loan products" or "no, Im sorry, no options available at this time" apologies. We were impressed by the professionalism all the way up to when they stopped responding completely. I understand the sales part, but comon, a company actually took the time to apply and you don't provide any type of answers after you have promised to do so. Im not impressed and I have been in sales for quite a few years, understand the "spiel" strategy.At the end, you always talk to the customer and provide answers regardless of what they may be. Disappointed say the least. We were over promised, at the end under delivered. Waste of our time.

Truly a great Financial institution. The services are great, customer service is great, rates are great, etc. There's not really much else I could say about it. If you're eligible to join, I would highly suggest doing so, and adding your friends as well. I recommended. Extremely highly recommended
