Sue Ferguson is such a blessing!! My husband and I were dealing with an unusual home purchase and we were being terribly neglected and misinformed by a loan officer. In desperation, I reached out to our Escrow manager and Sue was referred to us. Oh My Goodness!!! She has been amazing since our first conversation! She, not only got our loan approved very quickly but she did exactly what we were being told couldn't be done. She has educated me so much and has NEVER made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Sue has bent over backwards to keep us educated in future decisions and constantly offering advice on any financial decisions we need to make. She is genuine and so very kind! Sue Ferguson was an amazing broker who's attention to detail and consistent contact made the process of purchasing a home as fluid as it could possibly be. She exhibits a work ethic and integrity that gives the home buying much confidence and ease.

Sue saved our chance of getting our dream house! The home-buying saga actually began with us speaking with Sue to get some information on what we would be able to qualify for. We were extremely happy with how simple she made everything, then like fools we went with a family friend who was a lender at a big name bank. We eventually got into escrow after a promise from this bank of approval, they didn't deliver. Two weeks into escrow they canceled and we were mortified. We game Sue a call out of desperation and she was there for us on the spot. In a matter of 3 days Sue had given us our hope back, AND gotten us a better loan than we were going to get with the other business. She continues to be there for us whenever we have any issues and all I can say is, please go with Sue to begin with!!! She is incredibly easy to reach and seems to always have the answer, or gets the answer within a matter of hours. Our horror story to be was saved and though you may think I am being dramatic, I cannot thank Sue enough for everything she has done for us!
