This is a great bank to do business when it comes to loans 👏🙌. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone to go with Surrey Bank & Trust ! Jon was so great from start to finish and Bill was so great as well. This bank is involved in a million dollar scam. Not saying they’re willing participants but they are aware of scams going on. I didn’t get much information from whomever answered the phone because she lied and said the account has been “compromised”. Somebody needs to be held accountable or at least responsible to prevent this from happening.

Open for a few hours on Saturday. Sadly not a reliable or trustworthy bank anymore. Any fee they can think of will be charged and they will OFTEN MESS UP your account. Could no longer rely on them and had to close accounts.

Never could activate my business account card. Pete the CEO even lied to me. Staff was unfriendly and insubordinate. I feel horrible about my dealings with this bank. Still have account but pulled everything out but $20. Can't image someone actually being treated right due to how bad I was treated. Your invisible to these people.

The most friendliest place with no non judgemental people and are very helpful! I miss Cindy but I still love all of them and all are so friendly and respectful. Great with kids and explaining financial needs to kids who want to open up a savings account.
