I was referred to supreme lending from a friend and I couldn't have had a better experience! My wife and I are across the country and moving back to the mid-west. A friend of mine recommended that I work with Ben at Supreme lending. I had an initial phone consultation with Ben and he did a personal introduction to his Sr. Loan Officer Eric Rogness. I sent Eric the required doc's for pre-approval and away we went! Eric is extremely attentive and has excellent communication thru the process. He let me know what they could do and what they couldn't do (which was more managing my expectations on how much house we could afford). What really impressed me (being 1,500 miles away) was that he said this is the amount you qualify for and I feel fully confident that we'll have this approved with no issues whatsoever. This was 100% accurate. Eric did some research on some properties we were looking at and worked directly with my real estate agent. Eric emailed and called me with updates and today we closed on the house and all I did was upload my documents and Eric and team took care of the rest.
